No matter how busy Hilton Head Island is - it's always quiet and peaceful at Fairway Lane villas! Guests have enjoyed our villa with its beautiful view and walking access to a quiet beach area. It's also easy access to Sea Pines golf courses and Forest Preserve.

Just a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy this peaceful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa, nestled among the many trees in the Sea Pines Plantation. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets (especially in the fall), while sitting on the back patio, sipping a cool drink, overlooking the lagoon and golf course. This is truly an oasis that will leave you relaxed and refreshed.

This lovely pet-friendly villa has an open and spacious layout, with a Spanish tile floor connecting the dining room and living room, with sunlight pouring in from sunrise to sunset. The family room has plenty of seating, with a sleeper sofa, love seat, two rocking armchairs, and a large flat screen TV/DVD, with cable and wireless internet service.

The dining room seats eight to enjoy family-style meals, play board games, or put together challenging puzzles late into the evening. The galley-style kitchen sits just off the dining room and is fully equipped, ready to prepare simple vacation meals, or a fancy feast.

A stackable washer and dryer are tucked away in the kitchen, so keeping your towels clean and dry is a snap.

The beach-themed master bedroom is also located on the first floor, featuring a king-size bed, a flat screen television/DVD, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with a private bath and/or shower. One bedroom features two twin beds, decorated with beach scenes. The second has a queen size bed, also decorated in in a beach theme. Both upstairs bedrooms have flat screen TVs. A spare DVD player is also available.

The beach path access is across the street and is just a five-minute walk. In addition, guests can gain access to the community pool at the South Beach for a weekly rate of about $75 per family (subject to change). For more excitement, Coligny Plaza is a 10 minute bike ride away!

Please note - 1) we are no longer providing Sea Pines car passes. These can be purchased at the gate for about $30/car/week - cash only. (subject to change), and 2) the calendar is set at a 7-day minimum with a Saturday start - shorter stays are possible during non-peak seasons. Just message me your requested dates.

Sea Pines is Hilton Head Island’s original and largest planned resort. Scenic bike trails meander throughout the plantation. There are five miles of white sandy beach, perfect for swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. In addition, there are many golf courses (home of the Heritage Golf Tournament), along with a variety of shops and restaurants.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at the Fairway Lane Villas. Plenty of room for 6 people. Beautiful new bathrooms and kitchen. The patio is great for evening cocktails or morning coffee. There is a wagon available for pulling everything to the beach.

An Excellent Getaway

Third time to Hilton Head. Excellent villa and location. Spent many relaxing hours on the back patio watching the golfers, gators and many species of birds. Minutes to the local beach and a short drive or bike ride to South Beach. Convenient to shops, restaurants and many of the golf courses. So many bike trails to choose from. Our dog had fun running on the beach and swimming in the ocean during the leash free hours. Sea Pines is a great spot. Would stay again.

Great location; Best stay in Hilton Head

This was the best place we had ever stayed when staying in Sea Pines. Communication with Laurie was great. The place was so clean! Kitchen was well stocked. Living room and dining room table gave us so much room to move around and plenty of seating. Rooms had plenty of room and a bathroom for each bedroom was great. The locations was so wonderful. The pond in the back was nice. Very close to the beach. About a 5-7 minute walk right across the street. Also had many toys, chairs and umbrella for the beach. New bathrooms. Everything has been well thought out:). Great stay!!!

Hilton Head's Best Kept Secret

This villa is truly Hilton Head Island's best kept secret. Located inside the Sea Pines Plantation, this villa resides next to a beautiful canal that hosts a wealth of Hilton Head's wildlife. You can look out the back windows and see a beautiful vista of trees, grass and water. Also, the Sea Pines Nature Preserve is just a short bike ride away. Inside the villa, everything is clean and neat. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking ware. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are newly totally renovated. We have been visiting this villa for years now and have already booked our next visit this coming October. The owner is always available by phone or text if there is a problem. We couldn't be happier!

Great Location/Good Villa

This property provided a nice location in Sea Pines with an easy walk to the beach. The furnishings are very dated and a rehab is probably due. Everything worked well and it was clean enough EXCEPT that the previous occupants’ dirty linens were left in the living room. After reporting This to the very responsive and affable rental manager, the dirty linens remained on the porch the entire Thanksgiving week. This made for awkward arrivals for visits from friends and family. The WiFi doesn’t work so if you need it for your stay, bring your own or head to Starbucks. Otherwise, we enjoyed our Sea Pines visit and Fairway Lane Villas.

I just visited this villa with my aunt, brother, his girlfriend, and my aunt's dog. The villa is very large with 3 bedrooms with full bathrooms in each. Everything you need is provided, except beach towels and bikes. (I mistakenly thought bikes were available at the villa, but, they have to be rented.) The view out the back is beautiful, as you can see in the pictures. We got to observe the alligators and water birds visiting the lagoon daily. The beach was about a 15 minute walk away, and is beautiful. Hilton Head offers an active lifesyle in a setting harmonious with nature. Biking trails are everywhere. There are plenty of golf courses and opportunities to play racket sports. I took the hour long trail ride at Lawton Stables and had a great ride! The trail goes through a beautiful nature preserve. The horses are pros on the trails and were well behaved. I rode Phyllis, a big beautiful draft horse. We ate at The Salty Dog Cafe'- yum! Ela's , and, The Old Oyster Factory. The restaurants all had beautiful settings. We enjoyed our stay very much and found the villa to be a very peaceful, relaxing, vacation spot. The hostess, Laurie, is very available and responds quickly to questions.I highly recommended this unit and would love to return! .

First, Tom and Laurie are awesome owners and easy to communicate with. No real issues arose, which is always a good thing, especially when on vacation. The beach is within an easy 5-minute walk and the putting green out the back door is never a bad thing. Our 9 year old and I went out every night and had putting contests, and the green rolls pure. There are 2 fans in the upstairs bedroom, each with it's own bathroom. The Sea Pines Trolley stop is easy to get to and that'll take you right to many place in the community. Like I said, we'll be back :)

We live in Ohio and we have two beautiful daughters. We are just now retiring (at least Tom is!) allowing us to spend more time in HHI. And Tom is very handy, so renovations are in the works! That is to your benefit, as we have the opportunity to share our beach villa with you!

Why they chose this property

We have taken many family vacations up and down the Atlantic coast. We have always cherished our time at Hilton Head Island. We began looking at property and found Fairway Lane villas. The villa is so roomy and is also the perfect location with a short walk/bike ride to the beach, Coligny Plaza and Harbour Town. No other place seemed so centrally located. Also, Sea Pines has the perfect balance of beach access, tree lined bike paths, peaceful walkways, and easy access to great restaurants and shops.

What makes this property unique

This spacious and open 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is perfect for a couple, a family, or a group vacation. There is nothing like sitting on the back patio, after a day at the beach, sipping a cold drink, or enjoying the sunset over the lagoon, later into the evening. Within a short time, you can bike to the Sea Pines Beach Club, the light house at Harbour Town, the Salty Dog Café at South Beach, or the Lawton Stables. If you’re a golfer, there are several great courses, right here in Sea Pines. What we like the most about this location is the peace and quiet. Hilton Head Island can get crowded in the summer, but the Fairway Lane Villas are tucked back behind a beautiful line of trees. Once you settle down at the Villa, the island hustle and bustle is gone - Bring your dog with you on vacation, and enjoy some long peaceful walks through Sea Pines.
