This house is designed for providing guests with a 5 star stay. Be close to so much: Science Center, I-485, restaurants, shops (6 minutes to Walmart), and Downtown. Two separate living rooms (one extra large) provide lots of space to spread out. Huge primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and double workstation. This house sleeps 10 guests in ultimate comfort and offers ping pong, foosball, horseshoes and other fun games.

About the house:
You will enter into the first of two living areas. The front room offers a sofa, two chairs, and 55 inch 4K smart TV. There is also a kid-size pool table. And…one of the built-in shelves is a secret door to the secret playroom.

Go down the hallway and you will find the full bath featuring an updated vanity and a bath and shower combo. Three bedrooms also are along the hallway. All bedrooms feature new memory foam mattress for extra comfort.

The first bedroom features a full bed, floating nightstands and a 44 inch 4K smart TV.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, sitting chair, dresser and 44 inch 4k smart TV.

The third bedroom features a spacious room with an attached half bath. This room has two bunk beds, chest of drawers and a 44 inch 4K smart TV.

The main primary room features the largest bedroom with an attached cavernous full bath and walk-in closet. This room also has a unique two-person office desk to work in comfort and privacy.

The main bath is enormous and features dual vanity sinks and a shower and tub combo. There is tons of room to get ready in the mornings.

The kitchen is fully stocked and features everything you need to stay in, cook and host. There is tons of countertop space for food prep. Additional kitchen amenities include: blender, toaster, Keurig, drip coffee maker and everything needed to cook and dine with.

Off the kitchen is the formal dining room providing enough seats for everyone to gather for dinner. This room is adorned with a beautiful non-working fireplace.

The second living room is huge and offer a back-lit foosball table and a sectional to have everyone enjoy the 65” inch 4K smart TV.

The backyard is completely fenced in and offers a very spacious patio area. A gas grill is provided to cook on and chairs to surround the fire pit.

The garage features a ping pong table to challenge your friends and family.
If staying for a weekend or for multiple months, this is the place to enjoy your time away from home.

*Pet policy*
If you want to bring a pet, DO NOT instant book. Please contact the owner first for approval. We only allow 1 non-shedding dog. There is a $150 fee for bringing pets. There is a $450 fine for not obeying pet rules. Pet waste must be properly disposed of.


*No Parties*
This is NOT a house to be used for parties. We want you enjoy time with your own guests staying at the house. We kindly ask to keep music or gatherings on the back deck to a peaceful noise level to respect others nearby. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am on weekends and 9pm-8am on weekdays.


*No Smoking*
This is a non-smoking house. Guests can smoke on the back deck but must properly dispose of any cigarette butts. $500 dollar fine for smoking indoors.

*Cameras*
This property has security cameras for guest security. All cameras are outside and are located on the ring door bell on the front door and security light on the back of the house near the sliding glass door facing the back yard. Cameras are able to record.

This house was great. It had everything we needed plus some. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms have plenty of space. The ping pong table was a hit all weekend. Would definitely recommend staying here for a nice getaway.

We visited Greensboro for a family reunion and stayed here. The house was in a great location and was very comfortable and Ryan was a great host. He communicated with us everyday to make sure we didn't need anything, knew where to find the local conveniences. We absolutely consider this location for future family trips to Greensboro.

Great Stay!

The house had plenty of space for our large group. We had a few people out in the garage, playing ping-pong, a few people playing foosball, and they even have a room to get away from the noise in the front. My family enjoyed the outside space and the beds were so comfortable! The master suite is huge, and all the linens were wonderful! If I ever had to come back to Greensboro, I would stay again.

Swim competition stay

We were a group of 7 adults and had a wonderful time. Location very close to major highways and so pretty with everything just about blooming.My bed was very comfortable and each bedroom had its own TV.Even with 4 swimmers taking showers one after the other, the water remained hot.Kitchen well equipped. We had no time to enjoy the backyard but the seating arrangement was very promising.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was amazing and perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen was well stock with everything from coffee to pots and pans. The neighborhood was a quiet. The outdoor living space was perfect and we could sit our entire family at the dining room table. The beds were so comfortable. Great house but needs some yard care

The house was amazing, plenty of rooms for all our guests. TV’s in every room and a large living and dining area. There was a second smaller living area as well. The master bedroom was huge and very quaint. It would have been nice if the yard and landscaping were better maintained. The grass was uncut and the shrubs around the house were overgrown but other than that we really enjoyed the space and our time there.

This house met all of our needs and was in close proximity to family who live in Greensboro. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy check-in, plenty of space, and all the small appliances appeared to be very new. Even though we didn't use the fire pit, we enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings and there was a good assortment of coffee/tea. Everyone agreed the beds were very comfortable. Ryan and Kay were very responsive to questions and even dropped off something we needed which we greatly appreciated.

Old but clean and cozy

The house was clean, stocked with all necessities and lots of space to spread out. The ping pong table, mini pool table and foosball table were big hits! Our only complaint was the mattresses were VERY hard. I didn’t let that affect our rating because some people like hard beds, just not us :) but I think it’s helpful for other guests to know what to expect. There are some areas of the house that could use some TLC but all are cosmetic things. to to expect.

Wonderful stay for wedding

My daughters wedding was in Madison NC. Our family stayed this weekend. Took 29 minutes to get to venue from this property. It was a perfect set up for our family. We had 8 the first night all 17 and above. The master is on one side and the other 3 bedrooms on on opposite side of home which was great. Plenty of bathrooms! Ping pong table was huge hit!!! We had wedding hair and makeup done at the home and had plenty of space in living room! The furniture was very comfortable and we LOVED the couch!!! So comfy! Owner was very responsive and check in and check out process was best we have ever had! Thanks for a great stay!

We take pride in responding immediately and making sure our guests are well cared for. Location and amenities. This house is close to so much and offers two completely separate living areas. There is tons of space for up to 10 guests. Lots of games and you will find everything you need while you are home away from home.

What makes this property unique

Two living areas. Six TVs. Two work stations. Beverage station. Ping pong...foosball....corn hole.... lots of games to play on a raining day. Great location....
