Why they chose this property

The townhome is a 2023 build and still have the new build Feel. We are close to beaches, schools, municipalities, and downtown St. Augustine. The neighborhood is quiet and Inviting.

What makes this property unique

It is comforting to see people outside, walking their dogs in the mornings and evenings. People use the Community to fulfill exercise goals of walking or jogging throughout. The neighborhood is overall friendly and inviting.
