Artist Home
This house has a very unique style. It is extremely charming and loved . It is located in the Centro area of Merida , on the main avenue of the city . It is in a very good location walking distance from restaurants and the zocalo ( central plaza ) and a 10 min drive from the airport. There are 3 large bedrooms and a small dipping pool, the kitchen is outdoors with all the amenities necessary .
The space
This is a historical Art Deco home , dating back to the 1920's . all rooms have 15 foot high ceilings which keeps the spaces at a cool temperature . There is also air conditioning. The home has a lot of integrity and space Two of the three bedrooms open up to an outdoor kitchen and dining area . There is a patio , dipping pool and garden to lounge around in and enjoy .

I have a lock box and an assistent that can show up and help with any issues

My neighborhood is quiet and I have a nice relationship to this community , no parties and loud music is allowed .
