Birthday celebration

"A Cozy Home Away from Home!"We had a wonderful stay! The home was very neat, clean, and beautifully maintained — it truly felt like a cozy home away from home. The manager was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach by text or phone call, which made our stay even smoother. The location was ideal, just 20 to 30 minutes away from everything on our itinerary. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Stay Away! Bait and Switch!

First of all, we paid for Unit B, the nicer of the two shared units-- but unfortunately she put us in unit A upon arrival. Poor communication throughout the stay with the Host. The unit we got stuck in had wall paper as counter tops, an electric stove with misaligned and over sized heating coils that clearly did not belong to that stove. Sinks with no stoppers to hold water and wash dishes. 2 rolls of TP, one trash bag, broken TP holder, a cooler full of maggots and empty liquour bottles in the yard, no "guest to do list", etc The host ended up feeling the need to stay in the nicer unit next to us, the one we paid for, for what ever reason, and made things very uncomfortable the way she hovered and listened in on our conversations. That's probably why we got the "bait and switch" out of the unit we originally booked. And as the host, staying literally on the other side of the wall from your guest, you would think to leave the screaming toddler somewhere else, rather than let them scream uncontrollably all morning noon and night long. There was no to do list, until 10pm the night before we were to leave, that was sent via VRBO messages, and she hovered over us all morning before we left--- even handed my daughter a trash bag and directed her to fill with the used linens-- as we are walking out the door. Very unprofessional. Very intrusive. Very misleading. And very disrespectful of our stay. I would not recommend using this host.
