Our home is thoroughly cleaned before and after each stay to ensure comfort and peace of mind. Rest easy with hypoallergenic pillows, mattress protectors, and fresh linens.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, and the dining area comfortably seats four—perfect for meals or morning coffee.

The second bedroom includes two twin beds, ideal for families or friends traveling together. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with smart TVs.

Bathrooms are stocked with starter essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels.

For drinking and cooking, we recommend purchasing bottled water.

Please note the refrigerator does not have a built-in water line for ice, but ice trays are provided to keep drinks chilled.

Parking is easy with space for two vehicles in the driveway.

The property was nice, about an hour away from Montego Bay however. The community is nice, security guards also but they do have some young individuals who lack manners. Outside of that, the stay was good and family orientated.

We enjoyed our 2 stays at Recess! The area is very safe, house is clean, beds are very comfy. Unfortunately there isn’t much around in terms of grocery or dining but if you’re out and about during the day this is a great spot to return to and relax at! Pool and lounging area is also very nice!! Only improvement would be better stock of laundry/dish soap type items. Pool towels might also be a nice touch!

Little Paradise

The home is lovely, it was like a little paradise. Everywhere were clean , the beds were comfortable and we were not bother by the host ,they gave us our privacy. the only thing I would suggest is to build up the shower a little higher so when you take a shower it does not flow over on the bathroom floor. I will definitely stay there again and would also recommend anyone to stay there.

A thumbs-up for every aspect of the property which was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Hosts were very accommodating and were really responsive to queries about wi-fi outages. The availability of a kettle would be the only suggestion for equipment inclusion in the property. I would highly recommended property.

Nice JA stay

The property is nicely maintained and clean. It is very secure. A timely response is received from the host. There aren't many places within walking distance. Avenge yourself by going to the front area, where there is a clubhouse, gym, pool, and outdoor area. In addition to the house, the outside area is also nice..

Info about my stay

When I walk into the place I was happy with how it looks nice but.. the washing machine stop working couldn’t wash my clothes at first then someone came and fix it,it work for about two days then stop working again and the funniest thing happen the day when me and my partner were leaving that when the came to fix the machine I had to wash my clothes but hand , Even the master bedroom bathroom when you take showers the water kept running on the floor to the bedroom and abit of security communication when my guess coming in

Nice housing complex. Well laid out with consistent architecture and great amenities - two pools, 2 tennis courts, gym, common area and table tennis board, football field and basketball court. Opposite grand palladium. Location is about 5 minutes from nearest Lucea town with not much to offer, and half hour from Montego Bay city where you get everything. Two small towns nearby. Property right on the beach, well on the other side of the road that is adjacent to the beach. Good communication with management and always responsive. Loved it!!

This place was everything .... I come to Jamaica every three months give or take I have stayed all over this by far is one off the best properties I have stayed at. The neighborhood was quiet and decor top notch... Would definitely go back
