Overall decent place to stay

Overall decent place to stay and price range is right at where it should be. House is practically brand new and appliances are nice ie dish washer, fridge, washer/dryer, TVs. No problem with hot water with 4 guys taking showers throughout morning. There is some electrical issues with the light switches and the fans being connected and requiring the light to be on for the fans to work. We also never received a WiFi code from the host and had to ask for the door code about two hours before the checkin time. The cars from the street was slightly loud going by at night but not to bad. The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable and slopped in the middle when you lay on it. Walls are thin but nothing can be done about that. The kitchen table was also very dirty and sticky after I move the placemats. Overall a great value and very spacious rooms with nice appliances. I’d recommend bringing a blow up mattress over using the pullout couch.

Great Home place

Terrific place. Great tvs in rooms. Bed great. Kids loved kitchen and living room space. Only down was the location is on a busy street. Communication was great and very helpful

Long Weekend Getaway

Great vacation home. Property was exactly as pictured. Spacious, clean and nicely equipped. Nice neighborhood, centrally located. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, beaches and highway. Early check in very much appreciated. Communication with host was excellent. Will return !
