Come relax and enjoy this private beach house. Two air-conditioned bedrooms sit upstairs opening to a large veranda with views of the large property. The main floor has a full kitchen, perfect for cooking and entertaining. A custom made dinning table seats 8 comfortably as well as a bar which seats 4. The entire property is yours to enjoy. In the rainy season the river at the back of the property is running and adds to the tranquil sounds of the jungle. This 2700 sq m property is fenced and gated all yours to enjoy.
Playa Avellanas is a cute and rural area with some of the most beautiful beaches. There are numerous fantastic restaurants nearby, yoga, horse-back riding on the beach, pulperias, golf, bike rentals, live music. There is also the opportunity to have fresh caught fish and local organic produce delivered right to your door.
