Ultimate Gulf Retreat! Phoenix VI 6905

This beautiful three-bedroom, two-bath Phoenix VI Condo located on the 9th floor sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with keys during your stay!!

The fully equipped kitchen has custom built cabinets with new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops to make your stay feel like home. The dining area has a table with six chairs and four additional stools at the breakfast bar. Meals can also be enjoyed on the balcony overlooking the pool while enjoying spectacular views of the beach and watching boats enter and exit the Gulf of America through Perdido Pass.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted TV and direct balcony access. The beautiful master bath features extended vanity with two sinks and a bathtub / shower combination. Bedroom 2 has two comfortable full-size beds and bedroom 3 a queen-sized bed. Full-sized stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.

*Please note: Phoenix VI is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For more information, see Brett/Robinson’s Terms & Conditions.*

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Very Disappointed

I am so disappointed with the condos cleanliness. I walk into the main bedroom. The carpet was so filthy. I was scare to put my luggage down. I could not believe that instead of cleaning it they booked it out. You could not enjoy the balcony because the furniture had mold and mildew. The blinds we broken off. They did come shampoo carpet. But nothing could be done about the balcony and blinds. Very disappointed.
