Great Spot to stay if in the area

We booked this for a group of us attending an event at the amphitheater. It was spacious and had fun amenities. Would recommend to friends or family going in the area!

Nice house in quiet neighborhood in Pearl, MS

The house was clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed for our stay. It was in a convenient location closer to family that we were in town visiting. Communication with the host was easy. The house is located near plenty of restaurants and other amenities. The neighborhood was quiet.

Great house for our family. came in town for a softball tournament. Each of the girls enjoyed having their own room. Plus the activity room and living room room or nice for everyone to have their own space to do stuff or just relax and watch TV.

House was bigger than expected with all of the things we needed. Clean! Very comfortable. Host was attentive and helpful with our stay. Laundry room, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Great coffee maker and more than enough coffee for heavy coffee drinkers. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place!

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room. Nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to all the things. Easy check in and out and the host was prompt in responding when we had a question. Didn't use the game room much as we were out much of the time, but it is a great room! Would stay here again if the opportunity came up!

Disappointing

First lesson I learned is to take pictures and contact host when things are disarray. Host accused us ruining the dining room table, and filed a claim with our insurance (which was paid). It had damage when we arrived but didn't contact because we have had similar incidences in the past. You couldn't prepare a plate of food and sit at the table without it discoloring. To start our trip the ice maker didn't work. Contacted host on check in day to see if it worked. His response was yes. Got up the next morning (Monday) to everything in the freezer thawed. Imagine how upsetting this was since we had bought a weeks worth of groceries on Sunday. Contacted the host, couldn't get it fixed until Thursday (New Years Day was one of the in between days). I salvaged what I could by precooking and my husband and I purchased dry ice and ice to cool the food ( spent over 100). To further add insult we had to clean dishes and pans before they could be used because they had been put away dirty (left the air fryer it was unusable). We had to buy batteries for remotes, and ping pong balls for the table (we left these behind for next guests since we were unable to enjoy). Had to sweep the main living areas, our socks were immediately dirty from walking on the floors. There was no vacuum to clean under couch cushions (they had an accumulation of dirt). I drew the line to cleaning the laundry room. Just used the washer and dryer ( the room was filthy, and cluttered).

Great Place for Families!

As a family of 5, this was a great place to stay - multiple living rooms (so TV shows didn't have be be agreed upon), plus ping pong and other games. Also, very close to many food options!

We had a great stay at Josh’s property. We were in town visiting relatives, and the place was everything we needed. The house was clean, check in and parking couldn’t have been more convenient, and the location gave us access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. 10/10

Great Home w/ Gameroom

Home is very clean and spacious. Garage is built out as a game room - we had a blast playing shuffle board and ping pong w/ the 13 yr old boys each night! Dart board as well. Beds are VERY comfortable. TV was user friendly. Backyard is HUGE. Location is prime. Easy access to the freeway and very close to restaurants and other things to do. We were visiting daughter at Belhaven and it was easy to go back and forth to. Highly recommend for your stay.

Comfortable place to stay

The house is in an older neighborhood but the inside has been updated. Nice and Clean and well decorated. The Living room furniture is nice (clean and very comfortable). The kitchen had everything that we needed. It is a 1 and 1/2 bath. However, the 1/2 bath could use a blind on the window. We didn't use it much due to this. The shower had great water pressure. We had no issues with hot water either. The beds were extremely comfortable. I loved them so much, I even asked what mattresses they were. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the game room, but looks like it would be a great place to relax and have fun with family/friends. I would stay here again.
