Tropical serenity awaits you on the Emerald Coast. Holiday Isle Serenity is a luxurious, three-level vacation home in Destin’s upscale community of Holiday Isle. The home is close to the beautiful white-sand beach. It features seven bedrooms, five baths, a private pool, and a paradise vibe. All this space means maximum vacation fun! Because the home can accommodate up to 16 vacationers, it is ideal for an extended family vacation, friend reunion, wedding party, business retreat, and any other kind of getaway.

Coastal plants adorn the landscape of this opulent rental home, immediately putting visitors into vacation mode. Front steps lead to the second level, where you will find the main living area. Soaring ceilings and large windows create a welcoming atmosphere. Glass doors open onto a sunny deck with views of the pool. Back inside, the living room has a relaxed seating ensemble consisting of a white sofa, love seat, and matching armchairs. A woven rug, rustic wood coffee table and side tables, a flatscreen TV, and coastal accents add to the comfy ambiance. Nearby, the formal dining area includes a hardwood dining table, elegant high-backed chairs, bench seating, and a beaded chandelier. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a vacation feast with your fellow guests. Enter the kitchen and bonus dining room through a spacious doorway. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and white cabinetry. It overlooks a casual seating area with bamboo chairs and window seating—great for enjoying a beach breakfast or light appetizers.

Downstairs, a bonus den and full kitchen provide additional living space. The den is comfortable, featuring a couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, matching sofa, and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen has ample counter and cabinet space, stainless-steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with stool seating. The first level also has a game room that includes a teal queen-size sleeper sofa, oversized armchair, TV, and plenty of games. From this floor, guests can access the private backyard with a pool, patio, grills, and lounge chairs.

Two of the home’s guest quarters are located on the first floor. One has two queen-size beds, while the other has a twin bunk bed. On the main level, there are two guest bedrooms with king-size beds. The remaining sleeping quarters are on the third floor. A large master suite allows sleeping for multiple guests, as it features a king-size bed, sitting area with a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a twin bunk. It also has access to its own balcony, as well as a private bath with dual vanities and soaking tub. One guest bedroom on this level has a king-size bed. The final room is perfect for the kids, boasting a full/twin bunk and a twin bunk.

Besides providing impressive accommodations, this rental has additional perks. The beach is a short stroll away, and other coastal amusements are close by. These include HarborWalk Village, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, the Destin Commons, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and more!

Beach Restoration Notice: Okaloosa County is conducting a beach restoration project along Holiday Isle beginning in March 2026, with sand placement expected from approximately April through early May. During this time, guests may see survey crews, equipment, and active sand placement on portions of the beach. The beach will remain open, but temporary closures may occur in work areas as the project progresses.
