Beautiful and comfortable place.

Had a wonderful stay. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. Was a bit upset that the hot tub wasn’t working as that was a major point of renting the place.

Cozy spot, great location

Great location close to Palisades, village restaurants, and a nice walking path/hikes. Inside was clean and comfy. My only complaint was that the deck and outdoor furniture were completely covered in a thick layer of dust and pollen so we're didn't end up using it at all.

We’ve stayed in dozens of rental homes in Tahoe over the years and this was definitely one of the best! Super clean, fantastic location, the patio with the hanging chairs and hot tub was lovely (with a great view!) and everything was very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and had surprisingly nice amenities like Heath Ceramics and vintage Pyrex. We had a little trouble with the (slightly outdated) entertainment system and the WiFi, but the management was great. They didn’t make us troubleshoot it ourselves or go back and forth with them, they just sent someone over and when we came back from our afternoon of rafting, it was just taken care of. One thing to consider in this area is the amount of construction work the locals do in the summer. While we were there, one house had chainsaws going all afternoon removing trees, the guy next door was cutting concrete and another house was under construction. But that’s just how it goes sometimes. We will 100% book this house again!

We loved Yukon Territory!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and had the best time! It was the perfect place to get ready and have a nice morning with my bridesmaids doing hair and makeup together. Our dog loved the house too and loved playing fetch outside. The house is super cute, clean, and well kept. Can’t recommend them enough!

Spectacular Stay

Absolutely loved the house fully stocked with everything you needed only negative need more towels in the kitchen and bath towels. Driveway was a little steep thank God we didn’t have tons of snow. Hot tub was amazing everything about our stay at your lodge was over the top and everybody enjoyed the fireplace and everything about your home.

Great location and House

Cabin was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood but a quick drive to Tahoe city. Truckee River bike rental and trail is just around the corner. The house was well furnished and had everything we needed. I was hesitant with it being pet friendly but it was very clean and didn’t have any traces of pet hairs. Kids loved the bunk beds. The entire family greatly enjoyed the trip.

Overall great stay. Everything worked house had a couple signs of wear but nothing major. Effortless entry and instructions. Uber works at house but DoorDash and Grubhub does not.

great location and the layout of the house is nice. Master suite bathroom lacks fan. Mold on cieling. Second bathroom sink doesn't drain. Custom bidet toielt seats are a nice touch!

Men’s Ski Trip

The four of us were very pleased with the house and location at Palisades for four day ski trip. We skied Alpine Meadows one day and Squaw Valley the rest. Lucked out with prime pow day and fresh snow. House is very well equipped. We brought dinners and found the stove and other appliances top notch. Beds were comfortable with plenty of room. Recliners in living room wonderful after a long day on the slopes. I would like to return in off season, house backs onto forest, very private.

Well-equipped Home with Comfortable Amenities, Some Communication Issues

This house offers a fantastic stay with its well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and luxurious bedding. However, the lack of responsiveness from the property manager is something that needs improvement. I would recommend this property with the caveat that you may not receive immediate assistance should you have any significant inquiries during your stay. Despite this issue, I believe the house's physical attributes and amenities could outweigh the communication issues for future guests.
