Welcome to my home! This open concept 3 (2 queens and 1 king) 2.0 full bath cottage has a large, fenced yard and backs up to the stunning Quiet Waters Park with its own access gate. Free parking for 6 cars is a quick 5-minute drive to either downtown Annapolis or Eastport. It has three (2) bedrooms on the main floor with a full bath with a fully finished downstairs with electric fireplace and additional king bed and full bath. It also has a cozy 3-season enclosed porch with views into the large yard and park.
