THINGS TO KNOW
-There is a two car garage available for our guest as well as street parking please note we do not provide a garage clicker and the garage will need to be open from the inside

Pets:
Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay for 30 day stays) Note PET FEE. Shorter stays are $50 per pet per stay. Pls keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.

-Kindly note that our check-out time is at 10:00 AM, and check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these timings

-A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request, and an additional fee may be applicable.

Please note that there is a ring camera in the front door and a camera in the outside by the garage.

Please be aware that the Jacuzzi and the fireplace are not amenities as they are not functional.

Consumables:
We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and dish detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills.


What to be aware of:

- The garage backs up to a road that can be busy at times so please keep this in mind when leaving the property.  However, there is street parking available which is convenient if you are traveling with multiple vehicles or larger vehicles that may not fit comfortably in the garage
- Charging electric vehicles on the premises is not permitted.
