Our house is located in a beautiful and tranquil neighborhood, conveniently close to all the attractions of Punta del Este. We are just 5 minutes away from Playa Mansa, Playa Brava, and the peninsula, and only 5 blocks from the shopping center.
The house boasts 5 bedrooms, with 4 of them featuring en-suite bathrooms, making it ideal for accommodating up to 12 guests comfortably. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for preparing meals, and there is a cozy dining room and living room for relaxation. Additionally, there is an indoor garden with a barbecue and a ping pong table, as well as a dedicated playing room with a pool table and extra sleeping options, which is perfect for kids.
Outside, there is a second barbecue area and a heated pool with a fence for the safety of younger children. Our house is designed for both comfort and entertainment, offering a range of amenities to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.
