Indulge in the ultimate mountain retreat at this luxurious home in Shaver Lake! This stunning home offers amazing views of the pond across the street and the surrounding trees. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that opens to the spacious living room with soaring wood ceilings and a stone fireplace. With four guest bedrooms, a loft, and a spacious backyard, there is plenty of space for guests to spread out and enjoy themselves!
THE SPACE-
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen features custom cabinets, granite countertops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, and two breakfast bars for additional seating. You'll find everything you need for cooking and dining during your stay, as the kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. Additionally, we provide convenient amenities like cooking oil, coffee grounds, towels, and soaps.
Dining Room: The dining room is the perfect place to come together and enjoy a delicious home cooked meal. Featuring a large dining room table and large windows that offer breathtaking views of the patio, pond, and surrounding trees.
Living Room: Gather around the spacious living room complete with soaring wood ceilings, beautiful stone fireplace, plush couches, chairs, and a large Fire TV so you can stream all of your favorite movies and TV shows.
Master Bedroom: The luxurious master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, Fire TV, dressers, and a large walk-in closet to accommodate all of your storage needs. The ensuite bathroom is absolutely gorgeous and is sure to impress! It’s complete with dual sinks, granite countertops, an oval soaking tub, and a large tile shower. Guests will have access to the private patio directly from this bedroom.
Laundry Room: Down the hall, you’ll find the laundry room that is equipped with a washer, dryer, and ample counter space. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are available for guests to use.
Bedroom #2: Located upstairs, the spacious second bedroom offers two queen beds and a twin trundle. This room is perfect for young children or teenagers. There is also a Roku TV and PS1 available for additional entertainment.
Bedroom #3: The third bedroom features a Queen size bed, accent chair, and beautiful views of the back of the property that backs up to 500 acres of undeveloped land. No houses or neighbors in site, providing guests with the true mountain living experience.
Bedroom #4: The fourth bedroom offers a queen size bed and a window nook perfect for relaxing and enjoying the great views. Right outside this bedroom, guests will be greeted by a nook that overlooks the front of the property where the pond and creek sit.
Bathrooms: There are two shared bathrooms in this home, one is located on the main level near the common areas and the other sits upstairs between the third and fourth bedroom. Both bathrooms are complete with granite countertops and a large tile shower. Complimentary towels and soaps will be provided during your stay.
Loft: The upstairs loft is the perfect spot for the kids to play indoors! There is a small table for three, futon couch, and lots of board games for additional entertainment. This futon is available for additional sleeping space, if needed.
Outdoors: The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular! There are two patios, a deck, and so much space around the home making guests feel the right amount of secluded during their stay. Guests can play a game of horseshoes, grill up something tasty on the propane BBQ, or walk across the street to the pond. During winter months, the hills are the perfect place to go sledding!
Parking: The paved circle drive in front of the home can comfortably fit up to four vehicles. Please note that there isn’t any street parking available. Guests are also welcome to park in the garage if they move the ping pong table to the side.
Please note that there are no taxis, Ubers, or a city bus. Guests must drive their own vehicle to get around.
THINGS TO KNOW-
This home is located in the Meadow Ridge subdivision, just outside the town of Shaver Lake. The home will feel very secluded, but please remember that there are neighbors nearby. Quiet hours are from 9:00pm-8:00am.

Guests will have access to the entire home as well as all of the outdoor spaces, including the patio, deck, horseshoe pit, and propane BBQ. Guests may walk across the street to the pond, but please remember that the space is shared with other neighbors, so please be respectful.
Keyless Entry: There is a smartlock on the front door to ensure a smooth and hassle free check-in experience. Check-in instructions will be provided before arrival. Check-in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.
