Luau 6210 is completely update! The living room has plenty of seating with a comfortable couch, which pulls out to a sleeper sofa, and two chairs. There is also a bonus half bath off the living room! The kitchen comes fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV. This end unit has a HUGE wrap around balcony with plenty of outside seating to relax after a long day at the beach!

You will be provided with some of the most desirable amenities while you are here:

You and your guests will fall in love with Luau the minute you lay eyes on the resort. Located in the Sandestin Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida, you are a short hop, skip, and a jump away from the beach access. Our white, pristine beaches will instantly make you feel at ease, and may even persuade you to never go back home! The saltwater pool will amaze you with waterfalls, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a kiddie pool. Burn off some stress in the pool-side fitness center on the ground floor. Community grills are located by the southeast corner of the building for your use after a long day at the beach. Luau also has a unique feature you’ll have to check out: a star observation deck on the roof! Take a relaxing stroll or exploratory bike ride throughout the paved sidewalks of the resort. Great location!

Great location and property was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay, the property was great, a short walk to the beach and the pool were amazing! The only negative was the cleanliness of the unit. Everything is renovated and clearly newer but the cleaning crew didn’t clean the floors or bathrooms well. Overall we had a great time!

August 2023 Stay

Condo was very cozy. Lighting was spectacular!! Everything was clean and nice. Just make sure the AC is turned down before a guest is scheduled to arrive. At our arrival it was 83 in the room and took about 45 minutes To get cool. Not too good when you arrive in August in Florida. But when I called Richard was very receptive and apologetic about the room being 83. The shower curtain needed to be washed or ditched. We couldn’t touch it bc it was nasty.

A fabulous place!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was exactly as described, and check in and out was easy! The place was extremely clean and was very comfortable! We had a great time at the gorgeous pool and thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the crystal clear water! We enjoyed coffee and sunrise on the wrap around porch and it was also nice after a busy day to wind down! We were there for our sons graduation from Air Force EOD tech school and it was a perfect relaxing environment away from base for him! It was 4th of July weekend and the Hilton had a fantastic fireworks display on the beach! I would stay again and would recommend it highly! Thank you for sharing your property with us!
