We have owned our home at Ocean Harbour North on North Hutchinson Island for more than 20 years. It's a very special place for our family—our two sons grew up spending summers here, surrounded by grandparents, cousins, and friends, creating memories that we'll always treasure. Today, we're fortunate to see those traditions continue with our grandchildren.

We love the simple pleasures this island offers: quiet walks on the beach, watching the sunrise over the ocean, ending the day with beautiful sunsets over the Indian River, and relaxing with our toes in the sand and a chilled glass of white wine.

As hosts, our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated home where you can slow down, unwind, and create your own lasting memories. We hope you'll enjoy this little piece of paradise as much as our family has over the years.

We chose North Hutchinson Island because it offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. It's a quiet, family-friendly community where you can truly unwind, enjoy the beach, and escape the crowds, yet you're never far from everything you need.

One of the things we love most is the location. You're just 15 minutes south of the charming shops, restaurants, and galleries of Vero Beach, and only 15 minutes north of Historic Downtown Fort Pierce with its waterfront dining, farmers market, and local events.

Whether you enjoy fishing, boating, golf, pickleball, nature walks, or simply spending a peaceful day at the beach, there's something for everyone. We also love spending an evening at the Riverside Theatre, known for its outstanding live performances and comedy shows.

For us, North Hutchinson Island is more than just a vacation destination—it's a place where families reconnect, friendships grow, and lifelong memories are made. We hope you'll experience the same sense of peace and enjoyment that has kept our family coming back for more than 20 years.

What makes our property special is that it truly feels like a home, not just a vacation rental.

Our condo is located in Ocean Harbour North, a beautifully maintained community of just five buildings, creating a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere that's hard to find. One of our favorite things about the community is the people. The neighbors are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and during the season there are plenty of social activities for those who want to participate—from community gatherings and card games to pickleball, tennis, and other events. It's easy to feel like part of the neighborhood.

The location is another reason we fell in love with it. You're just steps from a quiet beach and a private marina, where you can watch the sunrise over the Atlantic in the morning and enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Indian River in the evening. You'll have the tranquility of island living while being only 15 minutes from the restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and attractions of both Vero Beach and Historic Downtown Fort Pierce.
