Welcome to your quiet getaway near the city! Enjoy your West Seattle (Arbor Heights) private one bedroom mother in law suite with separate entry. Only 20 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Alki beach, and 5 minutes to the Fauntleroy ferry/restaurants. Enjoy nearby Lincoln park with family friendly beaches or Alki beach. Enjoy a quiet hot tub soak or workout, or just rest your head before you head to downtown Seattle. Bus stop is directly across the street from our home (bus only runs weekdays, not weekends). Plenty of parking in huge driveway. If requested, Level 2 electric car charger in garage could be accommodated for a small fee.

We loved the MIL suite, perfect for our short visit to West Seattle. It was very clean, towels were very plush, bed was oh so comfortable and just as presented in the listing. We recommend to all.

Tranquility box

Everything you need cozy blankets, hot tub, soft towels, updated shower, Thru the fence & down the stairs Boom -There’s your little tranquility box. Yes-host is wonderful. This is a peaceful atmosphere. Bring snacks - this is our first trip in WA. Places to eat are a drive. We stayed one nite- hopeful another reviewer tells us about beach walking distance. ( I have not a clue) we ate at Pats place $7 breakfast- closes at 2pm. Yes- booked it!

Supremely clean and comfy and quiet (this was a big one for us as we are not used to a lot of city noise at night). The hostess was very responsive and accommodating. Great location for us, close to airport and our daughter’s house. Sorry we didn’t have time to hit the beach….maybe next time!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Bed was very comfortable, hot tub perfect relaxation time. Stay was nice and very clean. Walk to beach was nice, walk back very good work out heart rate at maxium. Neighborhood friendly and helpful.

Came to Seattle for four nights to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The host prepared the room with a sweet birthday message and a gift to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect; Away from the busy city, but close enough for a reasonable drive. The room provided a wonderful place to rest and take a load off. We had excellent privacy and a quiet atmosphere. The host was especially helpful whenever we had any questions about the room, beach access, etc. I would highly recommend this space to anyone that is looking for a comfortable stay while visiting Seattle.

Absolutely perfect

My fiancé and I had such a great time staying at Asha’s property. I had mentioned we were coming up for his birthday and a Seattle Kraken hockey game, and she left a “happy birthday” whiteboard message with Kraken logos taped around - such a sweet touch. The property was impeccably clean, warm, and perfect for our needs. TV and hot tub worked as expected, and Asha even reached out to check all was still good when her inside temp in the main house seemed to have dropped. Already looking forward to our next trip to Seattle and staying here again!

Exceptionally cozy suite!

The attention to detail and care put into making this suite comfortable and welcoming is very noticeable. Everything was immaculately clean, the neighborhood peaceful and quiet, and the hot tub was a perfect way to wind down after a busy sightseeing day in Seattle. This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a cozy and quiet neighborhood near Seattle. When we arrived we had snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us and the hot tub was a great way to end the night. Highly recommended for a place to stay.

Luxury comfort in great neighborhood.

Wonderful space, relaxing and very comfortable. Lots of thoughtful touches, such as great jersey linens, fluffy, luxurious towels, tasteful welcoming treats and a bottle of wine for two. Lovely outdoor area with soothing lighting and landscape as viewed from the sliding doors. Secure and private. Quiet and lovely neighborhood. Great parking. Excellent Experience

Between the private area, calming environment, and safe neighborhood, the area itself was ideal for commute and safety. The interior was clean and delightfully set up for travelers with a comfortable bed, well set up mini fridge, drink, toaster area, and beautiful bathroom. The only complaint we could come up with was a minor fuzz on the floor and the bathroom door not quite latching. Everything was above and beyond and we hope to visit again. Best place in Seattle to stay.

This property was exactly as it was listed. A beautiful downstairs suite that was perfect for what we were there for (hello Era’s tour!) Our host was quick to reply to emails, and even personalized the room when she learned why we were coming. Clean, quiet, and a perfect distance from all the Seattle mayhem. Why they chose this property

You'll love this quiet area of Ocean View. It's very quiet and peaceful, essentially with no crowds and not a lot of traffic. Beaches and cafes are a quick drive away and we're basically 20 minutes from downtown Seattle (catch a show, check out Pike place market or even hop on an Alaska cruise).

This location is next to the bus line on weekdays, with super easy access to Sea-tac airport (15 minutes), main part of West Seattle (10 minutes) or downtown Seattle (20 minutes). Welcome!
