This lovely townhome features a huge open concept kitchen and dining room, with plenty of room for entertaining. Alongside the kitchen you will find the family room, where all can relax after a long day at the beach. Furnished balconies are accessible from the Kitchen and Living Room.

Retreat upstairs to the Master Bedroom with a King bed, full bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower and double sink vanity. Private balcony access from the Master Bedroom too.

The kids can sleep peacefully in a choice of the bunkbed room with a Twin over Full and Twin Trundle or one of the other 3 bedrooms featuring 2 rooms with Queen size beds and the top floor room with King size bed and private bath.

Sunset Island Registration Fee: $200 per reservation and included when booking. This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island. Ages 3 & under do Not need a pass.

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

2 or 3 Night Minimum before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.
