Head up to the 3rd floor to retreat to the 2 bedrooms, both w/ king size beds, and the full bathroom. Finally, ascend to the top level to view the city from 2 rooftop decks (and a built-in BBQ).
The space
Platinum Loft is the ultimate urban retreat. Featuring a garage, office area, living room, fully stocked kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with comfortable king size beds, and 3 outdoor balconies (2 of them are rooftop!). One of the rooftop decks even has a built-in gas BBQ grill!

NOTE: The only shower/bath is located on the 3rd floor! Another half bathroom (sink and toilet) is located on the 2nd floor.
PARKING
There is a single car garage that you are welcome park in.
There is also metered street parking directly in front of the building and a parking lot just North of the building that you can pay to park in.
Guest access
ACCESS TO EVERYTHING - FEEL LIKE IT'S YOUR HOME
During your stay, the home is all yours! You will have full access to the property.
Other things to note
NOTE: This property is located right downtown and there is a fair amount of foot traffic. Just as with the downtown area of most major cities, Albuquerque's Downtown has a large population of eccentric, transient, and homeless people. This is something for you to be aware of but not alarmed by. I have lived in this neighborhood and feel comfortable walking alone and with my young children, though I do pay careful attention to my surroundings just as I would anywhere.
EXTRA GUESTS - Please make sure that you have made your reservation for the correct number of guests as I do charge an extra guest fee in lieu of a larger cleaning fee. No additional guests are allowed that are not included in the reservation. If there are additional guests not listed on your reservation you will be charged.
NO PARTIES - Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed (unless previously agreed upon, in writing, at the time of booking). Please mention if you plan to have guests over who are not included in your reservation.
LOCAL RESIDENTS - Locals must contact me prior to booking. We do NOT allow parties so please do NOT book if you plan to have a party or to have friends over.
RESPECT - As with anywhere you stay, please be respectful of the property and people you encounter. Treat the home as you would if it belonged to a close friend.
QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
NO SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside! Make sure doors and windows are closed if smoking outside (and dispose of butts in the trash bins outside).
PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
NO PETS - Pets are not allowed
SECURITY CAMERAS - Security cameras will be installed outside the front door, facing the street, and in the garage.
