Darian and Claudine are wonderful hosts. From the very start, communication was perfect. I am a bit picky, this met and exceeded my expectation! Super clean, nicely appointed and comfortable. Fantastic Stay in NM!

We had a great first trip to Albuquerque with friends to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. We were in town for the Boots in the Park music festival. This house was perfect! The location was walking distance to the festival. Fully equipped and the house was so spacious. Outdoor space was enjoyable with corn hole & a bbq we used. Thanks for a great atay!

Awesome House - Perfect Location

Loved this place. Guys trip, 4 of us, each had our own bedroom and bathroom. This house would be great for families as well! Secure location in a gated neighborhood. Ample seating in a comfortable living room; dining area and kitchen are adjacent, making for a perfect setting. Upstairs balcony gave us great views, and hot tub was clutch. Can’t wait to get back!

Balloon Festival Rooftop Location

Perfect location for the Balloon Festival. We were able to walk to everything. House is beautiful and was ideally set up for 4 couples traveling together. Lots of extra touches that made our visit perfect. Loved the rooftop deck especially when balloons were flying directly over us. Hosts communicated well and check in process went seamlessly. Would highly recommend this rental and looking forward to returning.

Fantastic!

We loved this house! The layout, location, and mountain views are amazing. It is new and so clean! Each bedroom has a comfortable king bed, TV, and bathroom, giving everyone adequate space to relax. The living room, kitchen, and dining rooms are open made family time fun and included everyone. Check in and communication with the owner was perfect. Claudine and Darian were so responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this property if you are in ABQ. We would love to return some time for the Balloon Festival. The 1000 piece hot air balloon puzzle was a challenge, but we barely finished it in a day. Definitely give yourself more than 24 hours if you want to complete it with less of a race to finish.
