Stayed overnight to break up a road trip amd let me tell you, absolutely phenomenal! Beautiful house and super easy to access. Host was extremely responsive! Highly recommend!
A great house. It would be a great house for a family retreat as it has lots of bedrooms and stuff to do outside and a great area. We were just driving through but still was wonderful.
The property was absolutely beautiful, inside and out. We definitely enjoyed the jetted tub in the master suite! I really couldnt have asked for more from the property and I would certainly recommend anyone looking to stay there to take the leap and go for it! Thank you!
Our host, Linda, was very accommodating with a much needed early check in. Great time with family. Fire pit was enjoyed. There were a few issues with the house early on. Oven and microwave were not working and kitchen sink was plugged. A rather pricey stay to have to deal with issues like this. Property manager, Tanya, was able to tend to these issues, but not until mid day of the following day. Hard to be without an oven with a full house for 3 meals, but we managed. Nice neighborhood.
Met up with friends and daughters for a weekend of laughter and balloons. I recommend this house, plenty of space, lots of amenities, convenient location.
The entire family was impressed with the house. Everything about the property was even better than the listing. The house was beautiful, very clean and had everything we would need. The dining table was perfect for our family of 12 to play games, share stories and eat on. The beds were comfortable and the living area was relaxing. We were all thrilled with it and would love to stay here again!
We gathered this Fourth of July weekend to celebrate a birthday and memorial. We hosted family from out of town in this stunning home. It was perfect for a large family and friends who just wanted to share memories, have good conversation and great food. The teenagers enjoyed the backyard and we could see fireworks from the back patio! Thank you for hosting our family for this special occasion.
Loved! The house was stunning and perfectly situated for our activities. We had an amazing time with our family, feeling welcomed, cozy and very comfortable. It was well-equipped with plenty of games, bikes, and outdoor activities. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future.
Very nice home. We all enjoyed everything about the home; place; cleanliness; space; outdoor space. Looking forward to booking this place in the future.
Our family of 2 grandparents, 4 adults and 5 children stayed at Linda's home. We had plenty of room and the house was well located for our needs. The kids played with all the outside and inside toys and games provided. We enjoyed the outdoor eating space and the proximity to the canal trail. The three full bathrooms were perfect for our 3 families. The house was easily accessible for checking in and out and we had no problems during our stay. Thank you Linda!
This was our second time to stay at this house. Albuquerque is the halfway point between our winter and summer homes, so we stay here as our stopover point for the night. It works perfectly for us.
Excellent place, quiet neighborhood, very clean and accomodating
but????
Beds were the most uncomfortable, gave us back aches, ridge line in the middle of the bed, lumpy mattress,
master bedroom and larger bedroom, both had very bad mattresses,
but all in all, everything else was great, Id stay there again, if they wood change the mattress
Peaceful, quiet, secure, and at the same time, close to everything with easy access to anyplace in town. The property was well maintained and the owner easy to communicate with. We recommend this property.
My family commented multiple times what a blessing this house was. We were all together which made it really nice. I was really hot in the afternoons but the back yard has a large cottonwood tree that provided abundant shading through a majority of the day. We never used the firepit but we did sit around it. There are ten chairs and it was a great place to congregate. We also sat on the porch a lot too. Most of our time was spent in the kitchen and living room.
Linda provided great communication. We would certainly stay there again if needed. The family loved the house and it was a lot of space.
I was the only one that rode a bicycle. It was just to hot! The owner has provided 5 bicycles to use.
The door code is changed to the last 4 of your phone prior to your arrival so it's easy to remember.
We had a small dog and she was welcomed. She loved having real grass to do her business in. Someone came by twice a week to make sure the "doggie presents" are cleaned up.
The driveway is spacious and with the extra rock surface, there was lots of space for extra vehicles.
Can't say enough about this home. You won't regret Linda's service or this house.
Hi Im Linda, I live in Atlanta Georgia but originally from South Florida. My husband "Bobby" was born in a very small rural town, Anton Chico New Mexico. His large family of eight siblings and his parents relocated to Albuquerque in 1957. Bobby was raised in close proximity to this home he built himself, and with the help from is nephews in 2008. Bobby attended primary school at Alameda Elementary just a mile down the street from this AirBNB. After leaving high school Bobby enjoyed much success as a professional jockey, starting his career at the Thoroughbred/Quarter Horse Tracks in Albuquerque, Santa Fe and at Ruidoso Downs, in Sacramento Mountains of southern New Mexico. By Bobby's mid-twenties, we were married and raising a family in South Florida. Bobby reestablished his skills in the drywall trade, from a family-owned business in Albuquerque as a teenager. He established a successful drywall business in south Florida. We built several homes in South Florida. This home, “The Balloon Fiesta Home” was the last, built by Bobby. The home became an Airbnb in 2019. The wide spacious hallway in this home tells the history of the home, Bobby's extremely successful endeavors, and boasts photos of other homes we built in South Florida, including a Magnificent equestrian facility Barn/home in Wellington Florida, home to many Olympian Hunter/Jumper riders and horses. I enjoy hosting and reading stories of guests. If you are in the Albuquerque area, please consider staying.
