We had a wonderful time at this property— it’s clean and had so many entertaining things to enjoy. The neighborhood is well maintained and safe, and we really like how close it is to Paseo and the mountain. We’ll definitely come back to this place!

Amazing property

If you want a nice place to relax with your family this is the place. Spent Father’s Day weekend on this property and I highly recommend it. A desert oasis in a a great neighborhood.

Great family home

Lovely home and plenty of room for our whole family. The weather was warm for October and we were able to use the pool which was great! House was clean and well appointed and the host was very responsive to our questions. We had an awesome stay!

Great home

We loved staying at this beautiful home! It was great for a group of friends since it has several rooms. Everyone was able to have their own space. It was nice and quiet and easy to get to the places we wanted to go.

It was Wonderful

The property was beautiful, the beds very comfortable and everyone loved the pool and hot tub. All of the extra amenities that had been placed by the owner was greatly appreciated, the dishwasher tabs, the laundry soap, extra trash bags. Family of 8 and everyone had a great time.

Great stay with younger kids!

We had a wonderful experience with Luke. The house was beautiful, clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe and child-friendly. There was even a park down the street that my children loved walking to. The location was excellent and close to everything we wanted to do while in Albuquerque. The hot tub and pool were a big hit as well! We would definitely stay again!

Great place with plenty of room for 9 adults. Owner was very responsive. There was a variety of cookware, dishes, towels. No wanting for anything. You can't go wrong with this place.

Awesome property

We could not have been happier with our vrbo. The house is beautiful and well stocked with essential items. The pool, hot tub, and the fun activities included on the property are lots of fun, as well. Luke was the best host. Easy to reach and always helpful. 10 out of 10 on our trip to Albuquerque. Summer Vacation w Kids

This property was an ideal setup for a large group or family. Abundant supplies were provided, towels, dishes, laundry supplies, pool toys and floats, everything one could ask for. Games for kids and adults, including darts in the garage. Communication with Luke was extremely responsive for anything that came up during our stay. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Albuquerque!

Nice house, great location!

We stayed here for the balloon fiesta. If you didn't want to go to the actual park on any given day, you could go out the front door and see the balloons. There is a nice park a block away that you could grab some lawn chairs and watch the show as well. Would recommend purchasing the pool heater option during this time of year as well. Nice during the day, but the mornings and evenings can be quite chilly. Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent, beautiful home.

We had 9 family members in town for the Albuquerque balloon fiesta. This is a beautiful home in a great location for the fiesta, grocery stores, and shops. It was nice to be able to park in the garage and on the driveway since we had 4 cars. The owner always replied right away with any questions. The amenities were extensive. Would definitely rent again if we needed a 5 bedroom home.

As Promised!

In town for a week for my daughter's wedding. The best compliment I can give is that I didn't need to contact the host. The photos of the property matched reality and we had everything we needed. Our friends and family that visited us during our stay raved about the decor. It became the "cool hangout" for my kid's friends You won't be disappointed!

Girls get away

We met friends from Colorado and Oklahoma and this house was absolutely perfect! Newly remodeled, it’s boho fabulous! The pool was wonderful and used for hours every day! Luke the owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Quiet and safe neighborhood. If our get together ever lands us in Albuquerque again we will rent again without question!!

Family Time

The house was more of a home during our visit. We all experienced great times together enjoying the space and amenities. Everything you needed was there and more. The communication was amazing and any questions or requests were answered quickly. This was one of our best experiences and would highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for comfort, convenience and great value. Luke Rogers is a very responsive and cares that the visitors have an enjoyable experience.

We had a 11-person family reunion here and overall it was an enjoyable stay. Great central location, enough rooms for everyone, and a quiet neighborhood. We struggled with the instructions for the hot tub (an older, confusing system) and working the kitchen dishwasher. We also encountered a few minor issues such as broken lightbulbs and a nonfunctional kitchen outlet. Surprisingly, we never heard back from the host after contacting them about these issues during our stay.

State Special Olympics 2023

Thank you so much for such a comfortable property. My son won 2 gold medals at State Special Olympics-Track n Field. We had family join us to support and enjoy the eventful weekend. Fabulous Family Retreat

We loved this property! We came with kids and grandma for a spring break trip and had a blast. We arrived late to find the lights on, the door easy to open and everything clean and as advertised. The beds were super comfortable and appreciated the generous supply of extra blankets. The kitchen was stocked with excellent condition pans, knives, everything you need as well as paper towels etc. We really appreciated the shampoos etc so we didn’t have to buy again. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, indoor games and spacious hangout area. It is well decorated without having too many things cluttering surfaces. Overall it was amazing and we loved it, can’t wait to return in pool season!
