Welcome to "The Sassy Seahorse", the perfect family vacation location in the heart of Panama City Beach! No crowded parking lots or long waits for elevators, park right at your door and enjoy a short 5-minute walk to private beach access and easy walking distance to great dining and entertainment!

We are an easy 5 min walk to the beach from the front door of the unit and you will be close to everything when you come enjoy our beautiful 3-bedroom 3-bathroom townhome in the desirable Gulf Highlands Beach Resort!

Sleeps 6 comfortably with room for the family to spread out! There are FIVE smart TVs and free wi-fi. Our unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, including a brand new washer and dryer. There is a private patio at the rear of the townhome.

Our quiet, gated community is a perfect place for a family stay with all of the amenities you could want including 11 pools (5 heated seasonally and one is right on the beach), a full-service restaurant on the beach (with restrooms!), new pickle ball courts, on-site mini-golf, tennis courts, shuffleboard, playgrounds and more! In addition to those amenities and the hours of entertainment in your own back yard, there is a walking path from the resort leading to the Shoppes at Edgewater with great restaurants like FireFly, Dee's Hangout, American Charlie's, Pink Pelican Ice Cream and entertainment like Rock'It Lanes bowling, Axe throwing and Escape rooms!

You can walk through a private gate directly to great restaurants like Bayou on the Beach or walk across the road to Saltwater Grill! We are just a mile from Shipwreck Island Water Park and less than a mile from Just Jump Trampoline Park, WonderWorks, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park and Ripley’s. ~5 miles away is all the shopping, dining and entertainment at Pier Park!

Parking instructions: This unit comes with two assigned parking spots directly in front of the unit. The spaces are numbered and parking passes must be displayed at all times. Parking passes are available at the security gate and are currently free as of 2/1/2024. Guests can speak to the attendant when they arrive, show proof of the booking and they will give them a mirror hanger pass with the dates on it. There are no overnight guest parking spaces in Gulf Highlands. The two parking spaces in front of the unit are the only ones that allow overnight parking. If you have more than two vehicles, the others must be parked in the public lot off Churchwell. The Churchwell lot is city owned and you will have to pay to park there.

Street legal rental carts are not allowed in the complex. There is a cart rental business located near the security gates; those are allowed on the premises. There is also a cart rental business on Front Beach Rd next to the pedestrian beach gate that rents street legal carts. Carts rented from them can be parked in their lot and it is an easy walk back to your unit!

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort offers:
Tennis, shuffleboard, pickle ball courts, mini-golf, a fitness room and 11 pools total, including 1 beachfront pool and 5 heated pools. Our townhouse is located directly across from one of the heated pools!

Private Beach Access: Go to the end of W Leslie, Right on White Sandy, Left on Gulf Highland

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. If you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for wi-fi issues as it’s not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wi-fi is required, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

No Smoking/No Pets/No Events/No Firearms/No Refunds for Internet Outages/Quite Hours 10p.m-7a.m

If smoking is detected in the unit, a $500 fine will be assessed as we will have to cancel our next renter to get rid of the smell
Host is not responsible for availability of resort amenities including but not limited to pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, putt-putt, cafe, beachfront bathrooms, beachfront restaurant and pool.
