Property has large living room with large 60" smart TV (Roku available with guest's account.).

KITCHEN- it has reasonable size kitchen, there's refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender thats available for you to use and it is fully equipped with basic cooking utensils .

ROOMS - there are 3 bedrooms on the house, 1st room has King bed, 2nd room has queen bed, 3rd room has 2 full beds 1 trundle bed. Each bedroom has 50" smart TV with Roku available with guest's account.

PRIVATE BACKYARD - the backyard door is located at the master bed room. There are table, chairs, and gas grill for you to use to enjoy your stay.

BONUS- there are 6 beach towels for guest to use and small sunscreen to enjoy your beach days, there will be quick snacks and cold water when you enter the property.

Didn't realize we couldn't rent a golfcart and drive to the association. Quite neighborhood. Nice house. Need's an updated grill. We eat in mostly.

Amazing location & place

Jay was wonderful, communication was impeccable, house just like on tbe pictures , clean ,spacious and in the middle of all the fun activities. I totally recommend this place and if we decide to go back to Panama City we will absolutely rent this property again .. My girls and i are really happy about our stay .

Very nice

Totally awesome, really enjoyed the stay. Everything was very clean and the smallest of issues were quickly taken care of. Great place to stay will definitely be coming back.

I like the Palm Cove community because on summer season it's super busy on Beach side. So I realize that when I'm on vacation I like to be safe. Palm cove closes the gate after 8pm on summer time that gives me comfortability that my guests are safe.
