The space
Massive open floorplan w/ soaring vaulted ceilings & tons of natural light. Covered patio, grassy area for your pet, secure block fenced rear yard, low maintenance desert landscaping in front. Master bedroom overlooks pool and has a large desk with a curved monitor for work from home. Guests have access to laundry , and a BBQ grill plus RV Gate

The house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8. Enjoy the private pool and the mountain view from the backyard, or cozy up by the fireplace with the grill to entertain with family and friends. It also has a game room to play/ share with friends as well as a lot of games!

The home comes stocked with all the essentials you will need to feel right at home! We provide: High speed Wifi, 3 Smart TV's, fully stocked kitchens, complimentary coffee, bath essentials, and freshly laundered linens and towels.

The pool is not heated. Best water temps for swimming are typically from May to October. But the pool can be used year round as long as you can tolerate the water.

If you plan to use the e-bikes, please let us know in advance so we can set them up

Casa Rica is located in a quiet, family-oriented, private residential neighborhood. We're a quick drive to world class golf, hiking, fantastic restaurants, amazing shopping, Old Town Scottsdale, and all the Valley has to offer.
