The location was great. @ blocks to the gondola at Ajax, 1 block to the buses to the other ski areas, about 3 blocks to the center of downtown. The condo was impeccably clean, the owner was very quick and responsive to our questions! I’ve never felt so “in touch” with the owner with any questions?concerns we had. Only disappointment was the hot tub was temporarily under repair (soon to be resolved it appears). We would stay there again…..

We arrived at the condo close to 6pm. The condo was totally trashed. Beds not made with dirty bedding left on the top of each bed. Both bathrooms dirty with towels all over the floor. It looked like the prior guests just left. Also, the hot tub was completely drained and under some kind of repair(never was told the hot tube was out of commission). After calling and complaining they finally sent someone to clean up. Not well managed!

This review is misleading and unfair cause Paul did not even attempt to call me to attempt to fix the situation the hot tub was under repair but the pool was open and temperture turned on to almost 90 degrees

Location is outstanding. Beds were comfortable. The unit is easy to get in and out of.Three shortcomings: the dryer did not work despite three attempts to troubleshoot it. This was not a huge deal for us, but if I had been there for a week or with kids, it would’ve been a major problem. There were only four relatively small towels in the whole unit, which made it difficult to use the hot tub, especially since the dryer was not working. Finally, the only soap provided in the showers were tiny bars the size of a half dollar, which lasted less than one shower. We had to go out and buy soap ourselves.

I Sincerely regret that you had this experience and hope we can improve on our soap. As for the dryer we have top of the line german dryer Miele which is sensitive if Filter not washed and cleaned properly as per our instructions left in unit and understand your frustration regarding the fireplace which was renovated this past summer and unfortunatly you were unable to start due to remote not working we have figured the issue and it is working fine now.

The property was located just a few blocks from downtown Aspen and from some hiking trails. The gym and pool/hot tub were close by as well. Drawbacks include a very small shower in the twin bedroom and at least one of the twins was very soft.

Great Condo, Great Location

My husband and I went to Aspen Food & Wine with another couple, and we were very happy with our condo! It was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked. The location was extremely easy to walk to our events and just across from the St. Regis Hotel. Communication was great with the manager, and I highly recommend this place.
