Welcome to Pittsburgh’s Little Italy also know has Historic Bloomfield. This property is strategically located in the center of Pittsburgh’s most active corridor, sandwiched between the Strip District, Lawrenceville, Friendship Park and Shadyside. Proximity to West Penn Hospital (2 mins), UPMC Children’s Hospital (2 mins), UPMC Shadyside (5 mins), UPMC Hillman Cancer Center (5 mins) and UPMC Presbyterian in Oakland (7-10 mins). Additionally, and while Bloomfield offers a host of great bars and restaurants, you are a very short Uber ride to the Strip District (5 mins), Lawrenceville (2-5 mins) and Shadyside (5 mins). If you are planning to attend a sporting event, PPG Paints Arena, Heinz Field and PNC Park are all an approximate 10-minute Uber Ride. Truly a gem!
Four of us came to town for my daughter’s college graduation. The house was perfect! Just as described in the listing! Michael was a wonderful host and was super responsive when I had questions. Best part of this house? TWO off street parking spaces! If you know anything about Pittsburgh everything requires a permit or payment to park. It was great not having to worry about where we are parking the vehicles or if we would get a ticket. The neighborhood was great, with wonderful restaurants just a short walk away. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect fit
Property was well kept, clean and tidy. Owner was always with fast response for any of our needs. Convenient location as we had our daughter staying at umpc children’s so the location was perfect and a 5 minute commute. Quiet area with no major traffic. Off the street private parking was perfect as we aren’t the best at parallel parking It’s on a dead end street so the days we had a little extra time the kids could play outside without the worries of traffic Not much I would change about the stay. Will stay again if the need arises
