Welcome to your waterfront oasis, perfect place to call home for your extended stay. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, dedicated office room, bonus room, 2 car garage, this home offers ample space for you and your guests to relax and unwind.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the large backyard deck overlooking the serene pond.
Idea Location, furnished and situated close to major hospitals, eateries, and shopping, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips.
The space
Spacious 1500 sq feet single family home with a welcoming Entry Foyer that leads you to a private Master Bedroom with private bathroom and a walk-in closet, furnished with a queen bed , end table dresser mirror and Smart TV. The family room has a serene view to the Pond and fireplace (Gas enabled) with a door to our large wooden patio with a patio furniture . The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cooking range, Microwave oven, Coffee machine , Blender , a Dining Table for a family of 4 . Access to the 2nd floor bonus room and the 2 Car-garage are from the kitchen . The other side of the Family room leads to Bedroom 2 with a closet and access to Office room with a closet and the full bath room 2 aswell .

If you rent the FULL House , you have access to all the rooms in the house.
