Home also includes a workout room with a treadmill as well as weights, several TV's, fully finished basement with Hot Tub.Large dining table (seats 12). Large Sectional couch (seats 6-8). Very private back yard with lights all along the fence. Great space for outdoor leisure. All near new appliances including washer & dryer..... If you are bringing pets you must register them at checkout on the booking please.

Webster City IA retreat

What a beautiful home to stay in, especially if you enjoy updated decor and coffee! There are so many amenities that the owner provides, your stay is guaranteed to be comfortable and enjoyable. Very comfortable beds too! Located in a nice neighborhood!

Relaxing overnight stop

This is a modern space with lots of outdoor areas to hang out. Inside is spacious with lots of natural light. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. There are many areas inside for lounging or hanging out.

Wonderful stay

We had to come to a funeral in nearby Eagle Grove. Shawn was so helpful and professional during the booking phase and beyond. We were a bit frazzled and locked ourselves out one morning. He helped us back in promptly so no waiting after we got back in the evening. The house was clean, great atmosphere, and beds were so comfortable. We can’t recommend this place enough! We will be back when we visit family in the area.
