Bluewater Resort With Fabulous Restaurant and Amenities. This beautiful one bedroom fully furnished unit offers everything for that perfect beach getaway. The ocean view from this balcony is gorgeous and the new king sized bed in the bedroom means all your worries can be left at home. A well equipped kitchen with full sized refrigerator, microwave and stove are in the unit and offer all the dinnerware and utensils necessary for easy meal preparation including and indoor smokeless grill (5 function Ninja). The living area has a queen sized sleeper sofa with new gel foam mattress, a cozy electric fireplace, and smart TVs are in both the living area and bedroom. The resort is newly updated and the condo offers free Wi-Fi and free parking during your stay. Bluewater Resort is an oceanfront complex you have access to all the resort's amenities - multiple pools (indoor and outdoor, from 2ft to 8ft deep), hot tubs(indoor and outdoor), sauna, deluxe patio furniture, and onsite restaurant/bar (happy hour 4pm-7pm). An onsite laundry is also available for guests. This is an oceanfront building therefore beach access is only steps away. Previous owners managed with an average of 4.95 star reviews with 22 reviews!

Great place

Came with my daughter and son and we all had a great time. Place had convenient parking, easy to check in, nice pool area with a downstairs pizzeria attached and bar. Beach extremely easy to walk to from location. Would definitely book again.

This was a fantastic vacation with my teenage daughter, we went on college tours and had beach time. The unit was small but fine for two people, all the supplies we needed were there, bedding, towels for the shower, there were beach chairs as well and a cooler and boogie board.But we did buy our own beach towels and food. BTW the Pina Coladas at the Tiki bar were refreshing on a hot beach day! And the Happy Hr too! We loved having the pool and beach just steps away from our door!

I’ve never stayed at a place where I had to make my own bed. It was 11 of the night and pulled the comforter, and there were no sheets on the bed. There is no soap or hand washing, no bar soap and liquid soap. There was no shampoo or anything like that. We were left with a half a roll of already opened the toilet paper and that was it. And four towels for two people for four days with no way to get any fresh towels. I would not recommend this at all. .

I have researched your issues and this was never brought to our attention. Linens and other items were left for the number of guests reported for checkin. As per the instructions all issues should be reported immediately upon arrival.

Some Pro’s and some Con’s

Great location, lots of parking options, pools and outdoor hang out areas are great. On-site restaurant is very good food with reasonable prices. The room itself has some pros and cons. Pro’s: decent size for 3-4 guests, lots of beach gear provided like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, fan and small kitchen appliances. Cons: not thoroughly cleaned- dirty floors, fridge, vent hood and bathroom floors, very musty smelling with a dehumidifier that needs to be emptied by renter 3-5x per day, comforter on main bed had stains. No sheets left for pull out couch bed, had to call property manager who had new sheet’s delivered the next day but first night had to figure out bedding. I mentioned stains on comforter and sent pics but that was not addressed. Condo needs more hooks in bathroom and in hallways to hang bath and beach towels.
