ICE District has transformed downtown Edmonton and created a new “heart of the city” adjacent to the downtown Financial District and immediately north of the downtown Government District. There is private self-contained parking with 1-vehicle storage and elevator access to the Morris Loft. Garage fits regular-sized cars only (larger vehicles may not fit). No EV charger available – standard receptacle only. Floors are laid out with hardwood and tile. The gourmet open-concept kitchen features granite countertops, a large cooking island, and quality stainless steel appliances. Air conditioning and in-room laundry facilities are also available.
