The Space:
The spacious interior of this 2 bedroom smart home is newly designed and renovated by Ethos, with brand new modern appliances, 65 inch HDTVs, and designer furniture. The entirety of this upscale and breathtaking interior is complimented by our serene patio with its comfortable lounging area, large fire pit table, and BBQ grill surrounded by bamboo and peaceful nature.

The Bedrooms and The Living Room:
All bedrooms have king size beds, while the living room offers an additional sleeper sofa that opens to a queen size bed as well. All three beds come with plenty of linens, pillows and comforters. And we also provide a pack and play.
There are luggage racks, three 65 inch HDTVs with FREE Netflix, Max, Hulu, Showtime, Starz, Disney+, Apple+, Paramount+, and ESPN+, blazing fast WiFi, HDMI outputs, sound machines, as well as USB phone and tablet chargers in every room.

The Kitchen:
Our bright kitchen is a perfect fit for family cooking with modern appliances such as oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. And the essential kitchenware includes plates, bowls, cups and mugs, pots and cooking utensils. FREE coffee and tea, sugar, creamer, and much more. We also provide a high chair.

The Bathroom:
Our newly renovated bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, hair dryer, and toiletries. Our bathroom is accessible from the living room.

Laundry:
The FREE laundry includes both washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board, as well as steamer are also available inside the house. And we always provide FREE laundry detergent.

Parking:
We usually have FREE street parking right next to your entrance and there is always FREE street parking in our whole neighborhood. San Diego downtown parking usually cost around $30-$40 per day just 5 min away.

Getting Around:
Our beautiful home is hidden in a peaceful suburban neighborhood of Grant Hill, San Diego, only 5-10 minutes drive or Uber ride to the San Diego Zoo, Gaslamp District, Petco Park, Little Italy, Seaport Village, the Convention Center, and Coronado; and about 15-20 minutes to SeaWorld, all San Diego beaches, and La Jolla cliffs. There is also plenty of public transportation to choose from, depending on your destination.
