A beautiful transitional home. This home is peaceful and perfectly-located. Walking distance to the famous Granbury square. The beach is 1/2 mile away. Large back yard is spacious for grilling, smores, and fun. Side yard is perfect for a play area. The garage has a game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, and T.V. with comfy seating. Each room as a TV.
