Stay in Simi Valley for Wedding

The house was perfect, very clean in a great neighborhood. We had a quiet and restful stay, the house amenities were well thought of and we really liked staying at this VRBO. It is a like an in law unit in back of a larger house, but it was perfect for what we needed and a reasonable price. We would stay there again for sure, owner was easy to work with.

Loud music until midnight

The place was new and nice but it’s a guest house behind the main house so there’s not much of outdoor space at all. This was fine by us until the loud music with a crowd of people, kids, adults continued until midnight. It only stopped because I had to call the police department TWICE. When I first addressed the property manager he texted me this: “ I’m sorry I really don’t know what I can do about the neighbors. It is actually like a church. I believe that there is actually a curfew/time where they are supposed to stop their music. Unfortunately I really have no control over it, I wish there was more I could do, but I have no idea when or where people might throw a party.” Only after I called Vrbo customer service did he then call the police department. Which didn’t do anything because they people continued. Btw curfew for noise is 11pm. Do if you are ok with this go and join the party. But I chose this place for peaceful rest for a competition. Paid over a LOT for 2 nights. Now if you want to take the chance and go with the good reviews that’s up to you but given that there’s precedence and neighbors who just will do what they will do even after police come knocking at their door I just woundnt take that risk.

Nice & Clean with Helpful Hosts

Very nice place to stay. Clean house. Quiet neighborhood. Close to playground, coffee shops and eateries. The host was super helpful!

Clean, new and updated, very responsive owner, close to many convenient shops in Simi Valley, safe area, perfect for our weekend getaway for our kids sports tournament in Moorpark.
