Coastal colonial home set on 8 acres along the Kennebunk river. Enjoy our quaint, warm home just 5 min to the beach and 3 min to Cape Arundel Golf Club.

Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom is perfect for a short or long term stay. Located in the perfect locations 6 min from Kennebunkport, 15 min from Biddeford, and 30 min from Portland or Portsmouth!

We hope to make you feel at home with the morning birds chirping, and the calmness of the river just in back of the property.

Great Stay!

The house is beautiful and clean. Very close to restaurants and shops. A beautiful and peaceful setting, and being able to have our pets there was a great relief. Certain small drawbacks - for a 4 bedroom house, there was only one small couch in the living room that would only seat 3 people. Had the weather been warmer, the outside areas would make up for the lack of gathering space inside. No curtains on any windows in the bedrooms or bathrooms so we felt a bit exposed and were awake with the sunrise. No microwave or TV, which would be fine if we were prepared for that so I kinda think that should be mentioned in the listing.

Thank you for your feedback and kind words. We did have a microwave it was in closet by the kitchen, and you're right at the time we did not offer a TV, but end of December we did purchase one. Apologies for that inconvenience.
