The space is massive - larger than most two-bedroom apartments. Despite being a ground-level/basement-level unit, it gets great light from the windows into the backyard. it really has everything you need to live comfortably - a mini fridge and freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, plates/bowls/glasses, and utensils. There’s even a washer/dryer in the unit and a parking space for you in the garage. For those that are looking to work remotely, the office has a standing desk and a large monitor for you to use. The wifi speed is fast, and you won't have any issues connecting. There is a great walking trail for you and your pet in the neighborhood.

Cozy Retreat

We needed a place to stay after my husbands surgery. We found the perfect place close to the hospital and stores all close. It is a very quiet neighborhood with a walking trail close by. Thank you, Emma

Welcoming, Quiet Location

We stayed for a week over Thanksgiving. The neighborhood is quiet and the unit very clean, bright and quiet. The host was welcoming, responsive and helped whenever we needed assistance. I would recommend this unit.

Perfect quiet little place

Love how quiet this space was. Perfect for my little vacation. Away from the hustle and bustle. Garage space for my rental. Very easy commute to salt lake city. Close to all amenities. The host was so sweet. Thank you for hosting me.

Large Space and a Perfect Location!

I absolutely loved my stay at this property! I was in town for a marathon, and the location was perfect. The drive into Downtown Salt Lake City was quick and easy but there was also plenty to do and lots of restaurants and stores close by. I loved going for walks and runs on the nearby trail. The bed was comfortable, and it was also nice to have a garage to park my rental car in. I highly recommend staying here!

Loverly Cozy Retreat
