Short walk to private Golden Beach and downtown Venice. Fully update with open central living area, updated kitchen and baths, screened in lanai. nicely landscape yard in quiet Golden Beach. High Speed internet and cable tv. Sleeps 6 max. It is a quite peaceful community. If you haven't visited Venice Island it is a fun, relaxed, must see location. Parking is in the driveway, it has a garage but the garage is used for storage and laundry. Clean and neat house. No Street parking. No Smoking inside please. Small dogs welcome. I Feel free to reach out through email to discuss your length of stay.
