The villa has beautiful granite counter tops, fresh bathrooms and bedrooms and screened in lanai with chairs and cocktail tables. There are a total of 4 HD flat screen televisions and high speed wireless internet access for those who prefer web-surfing to wave surfing. A wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops are within easy reach as are rental facilities for jet skis, boats, bicycles and more. Linens and towels provided with beds made! Children friendly, pets considered (please inquire). YMCA is 10 min away with beautiful outdoor pool, whirlpool and sauna at very reasonable rates. Available for rent by the day, week or month. Minimum renter age 25 yrs. old.

We had such a lovely time at Barcelona Villa at Venice Beach. The unit had much more space than pictures show and everything was clean and ready. Getting to the condo was a breeze and check-in was simple too. We were literally steps from the beach and a short walk to shopping and dining. The upstairs loft would be great for kids that can tend to themselves - gives them a bit of privacy and some down time alone. The other two bedrooms on the main floor were spacious and each had their own bathrooms. I recommend grabbing snacks, drinks, and coffee before you get there so you never have to leave this relaxing little spot in Venice. Cheers

Spacious for a Family of Four

Property is exactly as described. Perfect location—close to the beach and the downtown area. The loft area was a great place for the kids to have a little privacy. Would easily sleep more than four, but we enjoyed not feeling cramped. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Great Location, Friendly Staff

Awesome location, about 1 block to beach and .5 miles from town. You truly don’t need a car if you don’t want to drive. Frank and Kelsey were friendly and helpful. Place was well accommodated and stocked with everything you may need. We enjoyed our stay!

First Venice Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable and the beach is just a short walk away. The beach was more crowded than we expected, but the restaurants were not crowded and were very good. Thanks for sharing your property!

Great place. Great location.

Very nice property. Plenty of room. Well equipped. Only 1 block to the beach. Very responsive property manager (Richard). We'd definitely rent it again.

Very comfortable & homey. Has everything you need. Close to Venice Beach and Downtown Venice. Close to many nice restaurants and establishments. Will definitely stay here again!!! Property Manager was very nice & full of information. Thanks for everything!!

Would for sure stay again. I didn’t realize we would need to buy paper towels and toilet paper for the week. If there would have been a vacuum for hard floors, I would recommend vacuuming under beds / and in all corners.

Great place to stay

Location was perfect, roomy especially with a loft for the teens to sleep in. We would stay there again. Only issue we had was the place was not ready for us. There was some sort of mixup on their part and the place was not cleaned. But they cleaned it while we waited. Otherwise I would have given them a higher rating.

Pleased with design-openess, light, full kitchen. Good air conditionng and dehumidification system. Very adequate grill and beach accessories.. Negative-thin walls, unfiltered water. Stairway and balcony could be cleaner. Bathroom window needs sun shade.

Family Trip

We have 4 kids and we had a great time. Only thing about the place that would have been nice to know is they don't have any kids channels (Disney Jr or Nick Jr). Makes it hard to keep the kids occupied. They do have a DVD player so if you are traveling with young kids, bring DVD's. We left a day early because they were beached out and didn't want to sit around the house. Overall it was a nice place.

Relaxing Rest Stop

We went to the area because daughter-in-love wanted to visit her old home town. Venice is a very peaceful community and all the folks are so pleasant. This VRBO was just the ticket! The accommodations were just as advertised, with the exception that living room furniture has been updated. The place was very comfortable. The only disappointment, if one could call it that, the shower water pressure is dismal. One probably can’t blame property management for that though, I’m sure that is normal for the area. So take a soak bath instead! 😜. We never had cause to communicate with property management…so we really can’t rate that one.

Won’t stay here ever again

Very dirty and old outdated. Left early because of the shower. It wouldn’t turn off. Had to wait a few hours for manager to come and turn water off to the whole unit. He couldn’t fix the problem. He had to call someone else and wouldn’t be repaired for a day or more. We’d had enough at that point and just checked out. Never was reimbursed or anything. Don’t stay here. Go elsewhere

Great location and good accommodation for price. The space was nicer than the pictures depicted. Recommend adding a kettle to make hot water. There was also no sponge or brush to clean pots and pans.
