My Pool Villa's are known for their cleanliness. I live around the corner and keep a very good eye on my rentals.
I'm German, and we love it very clean and organized!

Beautiful, natural and pristine beaches are only a short distance away from our Pool Villa. Venice is an exotic small cute little town for beach lovers.

Our remodeled, contemporary decorated Pool Villa II- is simply the best! The house is centrally located but the quiet surroundings will impress you.

Enjoy the gorgeous heated pool and the wonderful outside patio space, which is peacefully nestled in a tropical private back yard, all fenced in - it will be one of your favorite spots!

The well equipped, state of the art kitchen makes meal preparation an ease. After an eventful day you will find restful sleep on our new mattresses. Even your car can enjoy a secure rest in our over sized garage which can be opened automatically.

Venice Getaway

We rented this home for two weeks and it was perfect. Very comfortable and clean. The fenced in backyard was very private, quiet and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Pool was nice but didn't really use it because the weather wasn't warm enough. A very relaxing stay!

Fun time in Venice

Wonderful Property!

We had a great time at this location and the home itself is wonderful as well as beautifully decorated. Gerty was an absolute pleasure to arrange the stay with and a very sweet personality. I would highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a lovely place to stay with privacy, comfort, and a great location to all local beaches/ the private one. It's definitely a great place and we had an awesome time staying!

A wonderful villa to stay in while in Venice

Very clean and comfortable. The pool was so refreshing at the end of a beach day. Gerty and the house manager were very attentive and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this villa and will be returning here again next time we are in Venice

Great Stay

We had an amazing time. The house is exactly like pictured and very clean. The pool was perfect. Everything you need for the beach is in garage. Lots of supplies in the kitchen.

Nice little rental

My first experience with a VRBO property. The property was well represented in the pictures. This is an older home that has been nicely remodeled. Very clean inside, and the pool is well kept and private. If you are looking for a split 2 bed, 2 bath this might work for you. It is on a busy street, and on the flight path of a small airport. Neither one of these things bothered us very much. We enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Great house

Our family has stayed at several properties in the Venice area over the years, and this one was hands down the cleanest, best equipped, and maintained. Wonderful Home

We loved this home away from home! Our 2 year old was so excited to have Barbies to play with. The pool was so nice and clean! The location is great. In this time of uncertainty due to Covid, we were very comfortable and happy to stay somewhere so clean! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Our Summer getaway was fantastic!

We were very pleased with our booking, owner is very nice and helpful and even lives nearby. Neighborhood is quiet, house is clean, and even has some new furniture -- overall in really good condition. You can tell owner cares for the property. We really enjoyed all the nice restaurants (and great authentic Italian food!) and beaches nearby as well. Venice is such a nice place to visit! Highly recommended!

Lovely home. clean, well stocked, comfy beds, beautiful pool. Close to many beaches. Our favorite beach was siesta key about 30 min drive but totally worth it for the White sands that stay cool!!! Perfect getaway

Just perfect...

We loved everything about our stay in Gerty's house. It's a beautiful home (modern IKEA style), quiet neighborhood, very clean, everything was there and our 2 toddlers loved the pool, the ferry to the private beach and the toys. Thanks so much for everything!

Wonderful Stay!

The house is exceptionally clean. The pool and hot tub are amazing a D a good size for several people to enjoy. Everything is modern and very cosmetically appealing. Michelle was excellent to work with she took care of any issue promptly. I would recommend without reservation and would rent from these ladies again.

Clean and updated with lovely pool.

This home was clean and updated. Pool was lovely. Michelle and Gerty are very responsive. I accidentally locked myself out and Michelle responded and helped me out right away. I also left clothes at the house, and she was so kind to let me know right away. The thermostat does not go below 72, so if you like your house cold, this wouldn’t be a good fit. They ask that you strip the beds and start them in the washer before you leave. I stay in a lot of VRBO’s and have not been asked to do that before. Although, thinking about that, it made me 100% certain than sheets and bedding were clean when I arrived. So, now I’m viewing that as a positive.
