Cory was so pleasant and communication was excellent. House was stocked with anything and everything you need. The pool was such a nice treat! It might be time for an update on the couches but nothing to really complain about. Location was super convenient, especially to Nokomis Beach. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We had the best time at this beautiful home. It was perfect for our family and dogs. The pool was absolutely perfect for cooling off on a hot afternoon, and the house is cozy. Cozy. Thank you to the Host for all the wonderful amenities from beach chairs, scoopers and everything you need around the house. Perfect location for doing activities in Venice and Sarasota.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We made great memories by the pool, bike riding for ice cream and to the beach. Host was excellent, quick to respond, and had all we needed at this clean property. Kids say it's their best vacation yet.

What a gem!! If you're looking for a property that offers it all, you've found it. Pet-friendly, great location, amazingly well stocked with pool toys/floats, beach toys/chairs, speaker, towels, multiple grills, and so much more! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with dang near all the supplies you need. Super easy check out with minimal instructions/house rules. An amazing host that welcomed myself, my husband and our 2 GSPs. We are so grateful to have found this property and plan to come back again!!

The home was a comfortable and super convenient place to stay for the month of January. Our host, Cory was incredibly helpful and responsive. We loved the backyard and the home's proximity to downtown Venice and the area beaches. We had our dog with us and the house/yard worked beautifully for our pet.

We have rented a number of times through VRBO and this was without a doubt the best equipped. Everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Cory was great and communicated well with us. Pool was fantastic! Right temperature and a very private yard. Plenty of games and such to entertain family members. Location is perfect. Everything you need close by (within a mile or two). Highly recommend this property. Loved our stay!

Amazing backyard! Awesome host!

We stayed at this home for 6 days with our three grown children and golden retriever. The house was perfect. It had everything we needed! Pool and backyard were totally awesome for chilling on a sunny day! Cory is a great host and communication was excellent. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Cory’s place was absolutely perfect for my family. It was incredibly spacious, giving my grown sons plenty of room to spread out, and my pups were just as comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better — close to so many beaches, but I have to say North Jetty ended up being our favorite. Fishing, swimming, relaxing… there was truly something for every one of us.Cory himself was fantastic. He’s very detailed, a great communicator, and made everything effortless from start to finish. The home had well above the necessities, which was such a relief — especially when you forget something. After long days at the beach, we loved winding down by the pool and fire pit, making the evenings just as enjoyable as the days.This property made our trip wonderful, and we can’t wait to come back. Exceeded expectations above and beyond.

Perfect house in a perfect location

This was the absolutely perfect house for my trip and Cory was a great host. He made sure I had everything I needed and checked in a few times throughout my stay. The backyard had everything I needed—a heated pool, fence, for my dog, and a great patio area for relaxing. The house is about a mile from the beach and in a very safe location. I’ll definitely be staying here again.
