The space
Due to our property manager's retirement, we had to create a new listing and couldn't transfer our reviews. However, in 2024 alone, we've welcomed nearly 40 guests, earning glowing 9.6 Exceptional score on VRBO! Rest assured, our commitment to exceptional hospitality remains unchanged. Nestled within a serene neighborhood, this delightful residence welcomes you with a beautifully landscaped approach that's sure to catch your attention. Step inside and feel instantly at home in the open plan living space, boasting a delightful flow from the living room to the kitchen and dining area, all while offering a captivating view of the pool.

Radiating a cozy Florida vibe with its ample natural light, and modern custom woodwork, this home stands out with its unique character. The kitchen, a hub of stylish design, showcases exquisite woodwork, stainless-steel appliances, and charming shiplap walls. A convenient breakfast bar bridges the gap between the kitchen and living area.

Open the glass door to reveal your own private pool oasis, seamlessly extending the living space outdoors. Whether it's entertaining guests, enjoying a barbecue, or simply basking in the Florida sun, this fully enclosed screen area, complete with a heated pool and a covered section, provides a perfect sanctuary.

The primary bedroom offers ample space with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and dedicated workspace with a desk. Its ensuite bath boasts updated amenities and abundant natural light, perfect for daily routines. With a well-thought-out split floor plan, the guest bedroom with queen bed, sits opposite the primary bedroom, ensuring privacy for all. In addition, the living room couch folds out to another queen size bed. The utility room off the garage provides washer and dryer and extra storage, enhancing convenience throughout your stay.

Other things to note
Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, pool/beach toys, shark tooth sand sifter and bikes are all provided for our guests to enjoy!

This house was perfect for a nice place to relax after a day at the beach. The pool was heated so after cooler beach water, the pool water felt perfect. The house was nicely stocked and had everything we needed.
