Loved this place!

My husband said this was his favorite place that we've stayed in! The location was perfect for us to be near our family. The back yard was great for our dog. Beds were comfy, bathroom shower was great, overall we lived it!

A Perfect Stay - Highly Recommend!

I had an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described and more. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super cozy, and the bathroom had fresh towels and high-quality toiletries.The location was ideal—close to Venice beach and downtown, which made it really convenient for exploring the area. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, so I felt completely at ease.The hosts were fantastic – they were super responsive and provided detailed instructions, making check-in/check-out a breeze. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you're looking for a peaceful, well-located, and comfortable spot to stay, this is it. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Birthday Weekend to hunt for teeth

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable house, good neighborhood close to the beach. Really enjoyed the patio out back, great for watching birds.

Comfortable home close to restaurants, shopping & beaches

My husband and I enjoyed our stay during the holiday season. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The location is a ten minute drive to Venice and Manasota Key beaches. Shamrock park is a nearby as well.

Great location for our bike rides

Home was as described. Very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. Would recommend this property. We primarily came here to ride The Legacy trail. Short ride to connect to the trail from home.

Relaxing vacation

Home was comfortable and was exactly as described & shown in listed photos. Had a little problem with the sliding door that goes out to the patio. The owner, Laura, came right over and fixed it. Laura was very easy to contact & her response was always quick. I/We would definitely stay again.

Just beautiful!

We rented from Laura after the sudden passing of my Dad. Laura was so kind to us during this very difficult time. Her home is lovely and it was wonderful to come back and try to relax.. The home is beautiful and very spacious. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was as well. So peaceful! We will absolutely be back again. Thank you Laura for everything!

FANTASTIC FIND CLOSE TO THE BEACHES

Before I do anything else, I want to share a review on this property. We chose this location because it looked nice and was close to our home. We needed a place to stay during the demo phase of a full kitchen renovation. Wow! We were so beyond pleased!!! Even my husband who is hard to impress said as we walked in and were checking it out said “I’m totally impressed!”. It is not only comfortable, beautifully remodeled/decorated and impeccably clean (I'm admittedly a clean freak!), it is suited out with EVERYTHING that you could possibly want to cook (my husband loves to cook), to grill (nice Charbroil setup!), to visit the beach, to work (yes!... I am still working and had to have reliable WiFi which also very much appreciated) or to rest and watch movies or tv. AND THE ICING ON THE CAKE?? IT'S PET FRIENDLY! The back yard is fully fenced so our Cheddar and Ellie loved going outside and playing ball. But, the most important thing that we experienced that was far superior to any of our other VRBO experiences was that the host of this property is AWESOME. She is super communicative and has an incredible customer first attitude!! How rare is that??!!??!! Laura, we are so beyond grateful !! We’ll be back when we remove the popcorn ceilings!!!...UGH!

Venice getaway

House is in a very nice neighborhood. Location was less than 10 minutes from two beaches. Neighborhood was great for walking as traffic was regularly light. It also worked well for me, as one reason I came to Florida was to attend baseball Spring Training games. Kitchen was very well equipped for preparing daily meals.

This property came exactly as portrayed-very clean, cute & easily accessible by someone who may have need of easy access into the home, shower areas. (Elderly-needing low step access into showers, etc.) The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Very pleased with our stay.

South Venice Gem!

Loved our stay in South Venice The location of this little gem can’t be beat! Close to beaches, walking trails,great restaurants shopping and much more. The home was perfect for us and had everything we needed for our extended stay! The home was very clean, and tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable it was a great home away from home and we would not hesitate to stay again! Laura the host was excellent and quick to answer any questions we had right away! Would not hesitate to book with her again!

We live in MD part of the year but feel so at home in S Venice. We love our home, our neighbors, and all that South Venice has to offer. Sharing our home with our friends and family is so special for us and we love having the privilege of sharing it with others from all around the world.

Our home has been completely renovated and contains new kitchen appliances including dishwasher and built in microwave. Great entertaining space that transitions to the screened porch for additional dining and visiting options. 2 master bedrooms with on suite bathrooms make this home ideal for 2 couples to share and both include Smart Tv's. The location is perfectly situated near Shamrock Park, Pickleball Courts, and several world classes beaches perfect for finding shark teeth or relaxing with your beverage of choice to watch the sunset. Restaurants and numerous shopping option are all close by.
