Great location near beach

This condo met our all our expectations and was a great location, near the beach, located so that we could visit Sarasota and Naples. Great value, very comfortable, beautiful sunset, walking distance to the beach.

Location is terrific

Overall I enjoyed everything, the pool great, the private beach quiet, the location excellent. The room small but exactly what I expected. No complaints from me. If/when I go to Venice again will most likely stay there.

Lovely studio so close to the beach!

Nice studio with all the things you need and a very comfortable king size bed, steps from the beach, in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Small unit but as advertised. Best feature is private beach entrance to nice section of beach at end of parking lot. Good location in Venice - close to nice downtown with many shops, restaurants etc.

We really enjoyed our 7 night stay in Venice Villas, the place was as pictured & clean. Affordable pricing for the value received. Enjoyed the private beach and the peaceful quite location. Beach Getaway

Marisa's condo is perfect for a relaxing beach trip! The beach is just a short walk down the parking lot. The kitchen makes it easy to fix your meals as well. Sharkys is just a mile away and downtown is easy to access. This is our 3rd or 4th stay here and we will definitely return!

Was exactly as indicated online. Small space, but we didn't spend very much time in our room, so it worked for us as the price was very reasonable. The bed was nice and big and otherwise it had everything we needed.

Clean and one block to the beach

Loved our time this week! Nice area and exactly as advertised. Very small condo but includes a comfortable king bed and full kitchen. Every evening, people walk a block from other units to watch the gorgeous sunset! We will be back!

Great Location

We loved the location and proximity to the beach! Bed was very comfortable! When I pulled open the sink pullout tray looking for a sponge I found mice droppings in it that need to be cleaned out, That could have been there awhile because there was no other signs of mice or bugs anywhere.

Great little cozy space!

It's a cozy little space, but manageable for 2 people. Unit was clean and well decorated. The location (just a few short steps to the beach) is fantastic. The pool is very large and well maintained. The unit comes with beach chairs, which was great. Kitchen is well stocked with items needed to cook light meals.

Sufficient for my needs

This room was perfect for me as I'm really only there to shower and sleep. The rest of my time is on the dive boat or beach, so it worked perfectly fine for me.

Felt very safe here

Condo was as advertised. Owner was very quick to respond. What we needed for a weeks stay was available. Pool is nice but unheated. It was warm while we were there so it was fine.

Quiet, Relaxing get away for our 10 year anniversary

We enjoyed celebrating our 10 year anniversary at Venice Beach! We wanted a quiet get away to avoid the crowds and noise and this was the perfect place. The room clean and just the right size for the two of us. We stayed in and cooked most nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. The beach and sunsets were amazing. Spotting the dolphins playing was so exciting. We had our anniversary dinner at Finns by the pier and it was perfect! We will definitely book here again!

Not what I expected

Dirty. Dirt under bed with underwear etc. Cookware should be all thrown away. Unable to open the only window in unit and blinds. Pillows uncomfortable. Only 6 hangars, 1 hand towel. No notification from Management water turn off for half a day. I would never return. Outside is old and dirty.

Excellent - Met All Our Needs - No Issues Here!!

The location of this rental was perfect! It was a very short walk to the private beach and sunsets. Parking right outside your door. Location is quiet; situated behind a residential community and approximately a mile from Venice Avenue where there are shops and many restaurants. Retail shops for supermarket, pharmacies, etc less than a mile away. We even found a farmers market. The Venice Beach Chamber of Commerce also less than a mile away. The rental: It is amazing how much was packed into such a small space which also included a King size bed! There was still enough room to move around the rental comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped. The refrigerator was a decent size. Full bathroom with tub. Great water pressure in the shower. There was plenty of closet space. We were very comfortable here and would definitely rent again! Thank you!
