The unit features a small efficiency kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and a queen size murphy bed. This 240 sq. ft. Studio is exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, large screen TV with basic cable, Wi-Fi service and Roku TV. Walk, bike or drive to the charming historic Downtown Venice with great shopping, restaurants and a vibrant theater and arts scene. Sharky’s fishing pier takes you out about a quarter mile off the beach or you can catch the view from the 2 restaurants overlooking the Gulf.
