This apartment is a beautiful place to stay in downtown Venice. So comfortable and very well equipped. The hosts, James and Norhala, are outstanding and so very accessible if you need any assistance. You will not find a better place to stay in downtown Venice.

This apartment exceeded all expectations. It was exceptionally clean, modern, and beautifully decorated with a high-end coastal feel. We loved being in the heart of downtown Venice to shop (especially at SunBug and Twist!), attend the Shark Tooth Festival, eat at great restaurants, and walk to ice cream every day. James and Norhala could not have been more welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a downtown stress-free stay.

We enjoyed every minute of our time staying in this unit. James and Norhala were wonderful hosts. The unit was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient and the covered parking spot is a nice bonus for downtown Venice. The unit had everything we needed for a hassle free enjoyable vacation. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. Downtown Venice is a one of kind little city that everyone should try to experience at least once, and I don't believe there could be a better way to experience it than in this unit. Thank you James and Norhala!

Wonderful!!

Enjoyed our stay at Venice, perfect place to relax with beach near by, along with restaurants and shops. Unit is excellent, equipped with everything you need for home away from home. Can't say enough on cleanness of the unit def. 10 Recommended!!! Communication with host is excellent! If ever we head this way again this is the place we are staying.

Paradise in Venice Florida

This is our 2nd stay at this beautiful location in downtown Venice. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. No detail has been over looked and no expense spared. James and Norhala are wonderful owners who love to share the Venice experience with all who stay here. We are looking forward to going back for many years to come.

We just completed a fantastic week at this beautiful location! The unit was impeccably clean and well appointed. So neat to have a private elevator up to the unit and a covered parking space!! Inside, the decor is gorgeous and everything was supplied to allow us an enjoyable and relaxing week. James, our host, was so easy to communicate with and responded immediately. He is a super nice person. It was so easy to be right there in downtown where we could walk to shops and restaurants. The beach was down the Main Street and the walk has incredible trees, flowers, and breathtaking landscaping. We were able to drive a short distance and enjoy 4 other beaches as well. The downtown area is laidback and friendly. This was our first time to the area and can’t wait to get back!

Lovely second floor with elevator apartment in the heart of downtown Venice. Located above the Sunbug store, the location can’t be beat for walkability with all the shops and restaurants at your doorstep and the beach just a 20 minute walk away. There is also a private, covered parking spot. The modern apartment is newly renovated to a high standard, immaculately clean and well equipped with everything you’ll need for a private and comfortable stay. Excellent communication with the friendly hosts who are available for any questions or issues. Would happily stay here again.

Modern apartment in a great location

This property is in the heart of downtown Venice. You are literally steps away from excellent restaurants, ice cream and gelato shops and unique boutiques. The park across the street hosts street musicians. You are less than a mile from beautiful Venice beach and is an easy walk for fabulous sunsets. The apartment is fully equipped including beach chairs and umbrella. Your hosts, James and Norhala are wonderful. Their goal is your comfort. The apartment is brand new and stunning. Comfortable bedding, fully equipped and cozy including a washer and dryer. Convenient location to all that Venice has to offer. We had a wonderful visit.
