2-Bedroom Pool Home Convenient To Beaches

Vacation at our spacious 2-bedroom 1-bath comfortable home. You have complete privacy in this convenient location close to anything you may need (see owner note below). The weather seldom disappoints! This home is a great home base for all your activities! It comes with two distinct bedroom areas with lots of privacy and comfort. The pool is heated, so you may always enjoy a swim. You will be within five miles of many beaches, including Venice Beach, Casperson Beach, and Manasota Beach. A few miles up the road in Sarasota is the world famous Siesta Beach - a must see! But, you can only spend so much time at the beach. There are so many other things to do, enjoy great dining of all kinds, golf courses, shopping galore, biking, kayaking, swimming, nature walks, or just relaxing and doing nothing at all. The Sun Coast has it all.

Please Note: The owner maintains an office/apartment with a private entrance on the side of the home where he also stores and accesses a boat and camper. This is all a private area and there is no sharing or access to the renters space. The owner does not often stay here, but will access the office, boat, camper, and come to maintain the pool and yard at times, possibly during your stay.

Wonderful stay in Venice

Nick's place was roomy, comfy, clean, and perfect for us. Quiet, safe neighborhood yet close enough to US 41. Beds were an easy sleep, plenty of room throughout the house. Pool was so nice to have for relaxing. Most of what you might need was in the kitchen. Nick was quick to message when needed. Used our Comcast most of the time on TV. Mad Dogs and Mad salads are also a hit with us for a quick meal.

Perfect place to stay for a getaway

Our family stayed here for a long weekend to sneak away to the beach. We did not have any issues during our stay. Neighborhood was quiet and the pool was perfect.

We loved our stay here! Nick was great and very responsive! The weather could have been better but the house was clean and comfortable and the pool was delightful! We would definitely book here again! GREAT location!

After Christmas Getaway

We were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the house. Nick had the pool heated when we arrived which we enjoyed very much! The pool area is private which made relaxing by the poolside enjoyable.Everything was well stocked including the kitchen, bathrooms and linens. The king size bed was very comfortable. It was a short drive to the Venice pier and beaches and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Awesome home, great location, very clean and outdoor pool area was beautiful.

We had a great stay. Showed up right before tropical storm Debby. On Sunday Nick the owner texted us to be sure we were safe and everything with the house was ok. Thought that was incredibly thoughtful. And the following day he stopped by and cleaned up all the debris the storm left behind. House was very clean and updated . The outside pool area was a lot of fun. Pool was clean and heated. I would definitely stay again and hope to very soon

We had a great stay here. The kids absolutely loved the pool(which was not deep, thank god!). The owner was very responsive. Quiet area which we loved. Overall, a wonderful house. Close to the beach, and places to shop,eat.etc. Highly recommend this location.

Quick get away

We only had a few days to spend. But we enjoyed this house so much. It was perfect for what we needed. Very clean. It’s much nicer than what the pictures show. The pool was clean and heated so we could use it at night. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Beach escape

We enjoyed the convenient location. We were able to easily get to several great beaches and many restaurants. The pool was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked too.

Fabulous Venice Owner

My review is going to be about the owner. We were driving from the Chicago area to the property when I got news that my brother suddenly passed away. We had to return to Chicago to be with family. I contacted the owner who picked up immediately and explained our situation. In this terrible time for us he graciously accepted our cancellation and refunded our money. His kindness will forever be remembered and we fully intend to re book in the future at his wonderful property in Venice. God bless all who see this. Rest assured you are dealing with a true Angel VRBO owner.

Quiet Stay

The home was much larger than pictured. It would be great for a family. Everything needed was there, and the owner was just a text away. The pool surround (as pictured) was damaged during hurricanne Ian, and the owner is awaiting a new one. The lack of a surround actually gives more room to move chairs around the pool. It was a great week, with Manasota Key Beaches being a short drive away.

Nice Getaway

The combination of this VRBO’s location, pet-friendliness, and heated pool will make this an excellent choice for many small groups and families. It’s about 1.5 miles from Shamrock Park, giving you easy access to the Legacy Trail, which is great for biking, jogging, or walking. It’s not too far from Venice beaches and Brohard Paw Park, the only beach in the area that we know of that is dog-friendly. The kitchen has all of the necessities. The entire house was clean. The owner stopped by once to clean the pool, but we did not have the pleasure of meeting him. Overall it’s a very nice VRBO.
