Newly completed renovation, this home awaits your arrival. With only 150 steps to the Gulf's azure sea and newly replenished sandy beach, you will reset and restore your soul. Your vacation will be all about relaxation and being grateful for the day.

This beautiful island home features a resort style floor plan. It has a main building with king master bedroom, en suite (double sink) bath, a loft style bedroom, a second bath (with shower), fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Across the lanai (pool area), you will find another buliding with a queen master bedroom efficiency with & en suite bath.

Although the lovely beaches and nearby attractions are a very strong draw, you may decide to spend your time thoroughly enjoying the comfort of this inviting home. Its' high ceilings & feeling of spaciousness, the refreshing crystal clear heated pool and just about every creature comfort will put you at ease and possibly convince you to remain at the house for the day and consider the next day 'a beach day.'

Why Manasota Key? Being from Rhode Island, the Ocean State, my family and I have come to develop the need to be near the water. We had heard about Englewood through a friend and decided to look into this place that was described as being 'Old Florida.' The thought of finding an ideal place to vacation and eventually reside was enticing. After just one visit, we knew this island was what we'd been looking for for years. The beautiful, unspoiled surroundings and very friendly locals all played a part in our decision to become Gulf residents.

It didn't take long before we found this beautiful house close to the Gulf waters in March of 2011. This home has a feeling to it that needs to be experienced to understand. If a house could have a heart and soul, you would want this house to be your best friend. I hope you find the time to come to the beach and relax.

Wow! Great stay

This is a perfect vacation home. Quaint but enough space for our party of 6. The secluded private pool was the best place to hang out during VERY windy beach days. Our nightly walk to view the sunset took 2 minutes and the neighbors were lovely. Nancy is an amazing host. I can't say enough good things about our stay. The kitchen is really well equipped. There are 3 beach chairs, plenty of towels, comfy beds, good appliances, Keurig and regular coffee maker and a WORKING ice maker. Just a really great recently remodeled home.

Steps to the Beach

Absolutely perfect location, tucked away but steps from beach, and minutes from shopping and eating. This home had everything needed for a great family vacation. Nancy was an amazing host! I would highly recommend booking.

Great stay

We had a lot of fun. Short walk to beach. Great house. Kids loved the pool. Had some issues with pool and the owner was very responsive and took care of the issue as quickly as possible. Location is ideal for those interested in checking out other beaches like Manasota, Stumps Pass, Caspersen and more.

Can’t Wait To Come Back!

The house was perfect for our family! The location could not have been better, quiet street, truly only 150 steps to the beach (I counted), and only minutes to the grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked and as clean as could be. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms large. The pool area was amazing! Nancy was a wonderful host!

Perfect place

This was our third trip to Manasota Key, and this property was by far the best one we havw stayed in. Just steps from the beach, private pool, fully stocked kitchen. Location is just as described in this listing, and the host's communication was excellent. Cant recommend this property enough.

Love it!

We have stayed here twice and love the place. The owner is kind and responsive. We love the house and the location is hard to beat. Have been visiting Manasota Key for summer vacations for about 5 decades now and I have to say this is definitely one of the best places I've stayed.

A Little Slice of Paradise

Our family absolutely loved this gem of a house in Manasota Key. Perfect location just steps from a rather secluded beach. Loved having a pool we didn't have to share with other guests like when staying in a condo/hotel. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. And several bikes that we utilized on the bike path. Amazing week and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

Great stay for our family of six

This property was perfect for our family of six. My parents stayed in the room off the pool, we stayed in the room off the pool in the main house and my two adult kids stayed in the loft. We mostly hung out by the pool or at the beach all week. It was clean and convenient for our needs. Nancy was great with communication and we had everything we needed at the house.
