Our tropical beach home awaits you! Welcome to our fabulous, updated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom on a private dead end street. Our quiet beach retreat home is located in quaint Nokomis Florida, just 15 minutes south of Sarasota and 5 minutes north of downtown Venice. It is also close to Casey Key, Casey Key is one of Sarasota's hidden gems, an isolated and exclusive enclave just off the mainland town of Nokomis. With easy access to nearby beaches, fine dining, and shopping you're bound to always have something to look forward to. Downtown Venice offers a vast array of boutique shops and award winning restaurants! Our lovely getaway is only two blocks from the intercostal waterway and only one mile from the incredible Nokomis Beach! Even during high season, Nokomis beach parking is rarely a problem. Other nearby beaches includes Venice, Caspersen,
and Siesta Key beaches. Famous Siesta Key Beach with its pure white sand and awesome sunsets is less than 10 miles away. Siesta Key Beach has been voted the #1 Beach in North America! Upon entering this newly remodeled 1855 square foot home, you are immediately greeted with an open floor plan that offers three sets of french
doors each overlooking the spectacular , extremely private
lanai and lush landscape .The covered outdoor area features quaint patio furniture that offers relaxing and conversation areas for outdoor livid entertaining. With two seating areas under the screened- in lanai, you are bound to have plenty of seating for entertainment and fun.

Just bring your swim suit for the beach and move right in for your short or long-term vacation enjoyment. Your vacation includes an outdoor grill, washer/dryer, parking. At the beach, you’ll find
new pavilions, clean restrooms and showers, lifeguard monitored, great hunting for shells and shark's teeth, watch the dolphins play, breathtaking sunsets, surf fishing and enjoy our great drum circle every Wednesday and Sunday. Private Park across the street as well as down the block for direct access to the bay .
With entertaining in mind, family room and kitchen area that all overlook the lanai. The family room includes a 65-inch flat screen TV, cozy seating, and Blue Ray DVD player,movies. Also, enjoy the blazing fast fiber optic internet Wi-Fi connection while watching your favorite movies onNetflix(included!).
Your gourmet kitchen also comes fully stocked with all the amenities you could need while on vacation. A breakfast bar counter is also present in the kitchen and allows for extra seating and a perfect spot for morning coffee. The fully stocked kitchen includes all the
amenities you could need to prepare home cooked meals. Or make use of the outdoor grill and cook up your favorite steak or seafood!

We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, all amenities, etc. Beach towels, linens, bath towels, all included.
House was newly updated with all new furnishings and appliances.

Wonderful Stay!

Thank you Frank, our stay was wonderful! The house was lovely, clean and bright:) We enjoyed searching for beautiful shells and little shark teeth treasures on the beach which added to the fun! I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing beach vaca!

Beautiful home in the perfect location

There was so much to love about our stay at this beautiful home in Nokimis! The spaces for privacy were indeed well thought out, but perfect also to have family time together or dinner in with all that you need to cook a great meal. Just a short walk or drive to the beach or local restaurants too. We loved our comfortable, easy stay here!

This was a wonderful house -close to the beach we typically go to all the time, and everything else. The property was well kept and beyond clean! Wrap around porch was a bonus! We enjoyed having breakfast out there. We look forward to another trip to this property. Beautiful little spot!

We loved our stay. The house is beautiful and well appointed. Everything we needed including linens, towels, kitchenware, and laundry with soap. The location was fantastic between Venice and Nokomis Beach. The host is friendly and responsive to questions. Coffee maker is a drip machine that has a built-in filter, we brought our own grounds.

Best of the best !

This was our 4th year coming to the Nokomis area for a month. It was our first stay at this incredible home. Definitely our most outstanding stay !! Everything was perfect. The property is beautiful inside and out. And so amazingly clean and quiet. Perfectly furnished. The screened Lanai is the most comfortable spot all day. No matter how intense the sun it is always cool on the Lanai . The kitchen has the best appliances and you couldn't ask for anything more perfect than the eating area with the gorgeous windows. Our host was so helpful and made sure to check on us . We very much appreciated everything.

Absolutely fabulous!!

I loved this house when I saw the photos. The interior of this home was warm and inviting and I loved all the positive sayings here and there in the house. The bed was super comfy but my favorite part was the tub. Bring Lush bath products and soak and enjoy! I love cooking and am now in love with the Miele gas stove/oven and the Miele dishwasher! The L shaped patio is screened in and has a privacy hedge of areaka palms along the screened area. I really appreciated the beautiful plants and flowers outside, as well. The master is roomy and has a large TV and a good sized walk-in closet. All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The owners are great! We found quite a few sharks teeth on the beaches. And we loved the fabulous CinaBistro where you recline in comfort and enjoy a gourmet meal and a show! Everything was superb. We can’t wait to return!

The vacation we didn't know we needed...and the home helped.

The home was relaxing, inviting and in a quiet neighborhood. Even though it was just the two of us, there was plenty of extra rooms and bathrooms available. We enjoyed the spacious lanai on a nightly basis and appreciated the fans and plentiful lighting. We also made use of the well supplied kitchen and beach accessories in the garage. Our VRBO host was wonderful to work with and easy to contact.

Wonderful home in perfect location to the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in Nokomis. It was clean and bright and really made us feel in the vacation mode. It was well equipped with all the kitchen stuff we needed and the beach chairs , towels, umbrella and cooler for the beach. The only thing we really would have loved and we had at a previous rental would be two bicycles and two kayaks. Since the launch is literally across the street, it would be perfect. Maybe next year as we would like to return!

Space for everyone!

This property is centrally located and very close to the beach with a great ice cream shop just down the road...important for all three generations! We traveled to various museums from Bradenton to Fort Myers and Boca Grande. They were a bit of a drive, but we loved seeing the area and the changes it has undergone. We visited beautiful downtown Venice twice for that great USA Main Street appeal and its varied shops and helpful storekeepers. It was a pleasure returning to the house every day where we knew we could spread out and relax over playing cards, assembling jigsaw puzzles, or just retreating to our rooms for some real quiet time. Would we go again? Absolutely!! A beautiful, comfortable, homey property.

This place is a gem.

This is a great house. Its wrap-around porch is wonderful for coffee or cocktails. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a good quality TV. The house is nicely furnished. The kitchen has modern appliances and is very well-equipped. Lots of good beach stuff. The hosts have thought of just about everything, and if there’s anything they missed they’ll take care of it for you We took advantage of the beach as well as a nearby golf course, and had a great visit.

My family and I loved every aspect of this cute Bungalow from the beautiful decor to the wonderful screened in back porch. The small extras like lotion and toiletries and coolers, chairs and beach towels provided us all that we needed for our vacation. It was conveniently close to our friends’ house and the beautiful Nokomis beach. We hope to stay here again next summer!

Exceeded expectations! Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our visit to the Nokomis Beach House very much! I grew up in Sarasota and was looking for a place to stay near my parents who live in Palmer Ranch and this location was perfect. Close to the beach and very quiet and more peaceful neighborhood. Less traffic than Sarasota & siesta key and close to one of our family’s favorite restaurants “Pops Sunset Grille”! Had a great meal there during our visit. The home is beautifully decorated and each bedroom has its own bathroom and they are all charming and welcoming! The kitchen is a gourmet chefs delight! The owner surprised us by stocking the fridge with drinks which was such a treat. We spent most of the 4th of July week and it exceeded our expectations. We were even able to see fireworks from a little neighborhood park across the street from the house. So much fun! Thanks Frank. We’d love to visit again in the future.
